The food, service and ambience was lovely. Good choice of drinks

Just went for drinks. Staff were lovely and the margaritas were delicious.

To us the soup was a bit too salty but otherwise the whole meal (main, dessert… was nice. Attentive service throughout.

Lovely venue with really nice service, atmosphere and environment. Lacking a vegan main option but aside from that, delightful!

This is a charming place with a slightly weak and diluted old-fashioned vibe. The food is excellent, although some dishes could use a little more salt. Overall, it was a good experience with fantastic service.

Lovely restaurant, great service and really well priced tasty food. Unfortunately I thought the vibe would be adults having a fun time in cool relaxed atmosphere. The hen group were fine away from main bar in a private room. All good. Either side of us were families and worst of all a screaming literally screaming baby and an older child using my chair to hide behind for a game. That’s a big fat no from me. Couldn’t wait to get away would have stopped for pudding and another drink but wasn’t feeling the crèche vibe. Next time I book anywhere I’ll ask if they have high chairs and if yes I’ll book somewhere else.

I made a reservation for 14 people to celebrate a family occasion during lunchtime. I couldn't have chosen a better place. Although I initially wanted a table in the Garden Room, we were seated in the main restaurant/bar area, which turned out to be a great decision by the team. They allowed us to have drinks and catch up before sitting down to order, even though we were an hour late with no pushing to hurry up. The staff were all amazing - laid back yet attentive. All the dishes were served at the same time and in front of the correct person each time, which was impressive for a group of 14 without pre-orders. The atmosphere at The Arber Garden was wonderful. Had my 2 little boys in tow for an afternoon out with a friend and the waiters were very prompt with asking if I'd like to place an order for their meals first, which made it easier for my friend and I to have a lovely catch up while they ate. Our starters were the lime chicken and they were delicious, the aperol spritz cooled us off, our mains were the burger and fish and chips. The portions were well sized, especially the kids meals were quite decent. The kids were kept entertained with coloring pages. The waiters interacted with the kids and chatted with them about their day. It was such great service from beginning to end. Very attentive....
