"After tonight’s experience I would never recommend this restaurant again, food presented awful soup looked like sick slopped in a pan next to sauces etc, food tasted different, very dry and not pleasant, puddings well what can I say... frozen cheese cake, Eton mess minus meringue and Barely a fruit to be seen, dried up sponge cake, staff arguing, and when we Paid we asked if place had been taken over and the women said it’s not good in here anymore is it (well what more can I say), £25 wasted and down the pan, problem around us also wasting lots of food, wasn’t even worth £5pp with these lack of standards the place will be closed down in no time"

Services at the bar could be better smile at least. But a homely environment abit dirty though.

very nice eating for really cheap amount. traditional pub with nice staff. the toilet looks like an old fashion that I will say.

Excellent Weatherspoons, first rate customer service, felt very welcome. Food was great. The server was very friendly and made sure we were ok.

I last came here in 2004 20 years later it hadn't changed at all. If it ain't broke, good selection of beers, friendly service and good value food.

Still same standard as Portsmouth can't beat a spoons these day's quite rightly so too can't that away from the staff it's clear the system works well but there is always room for improvement in future, keeping the tools sharp as it were but all in all a good all rounder innit

Staff was Rude, dinner was cold. Lady lent over born baby and picked up the plate and had knife and fork on the plate. Didn’t have no manager or supervisor to sort the problem out. Was just genuinely discussing food rude people. Not going back their again! Chicken was pink and wasn’t cooked either.

a decent pub at the edge of the swindon, which is a filiale by jd wetherspoons. delicious food and a great selection of drinks to great trips. beautiful atmosphere and very spacious! for those who appreciate a good Wetherspoons carpet, the carpet here is very flowery and quite clean! Nevertheless, despite tim martin a Tory Backing, Brexit-supporting gammon, they simply cannot help to visit his pubs
