"Roast Pork and Lamb at The Bristol Bar in Brighton was, as usual, absolutely **** stunning. Taters done to Perfection, gravy the correct consistency, all the correct veg etc. And, good lord!!!! The crackling for the pork! Basically Bristol Bar make perfect roasts and the staff are always excellent too. Between them and Stanmer House, these 2 fine establishments make the greatest roasts in Brighton hands down."

Great food and polite and efficient staff. We all had something different, but everything came at once and it was all fresh, hot and delicious. We would recommend eating here.

second visit for Sunday in roast less than a month. eating, service and experience at both locations was very good. portions are a good size and the additional dish vegetables as side included in the price.

We love The Bristol Bar and along with friends visit frequently. But, they really need to change their menu. Same as before Covid and now becoming a bit boring. Specials are few and far between. Although we love the place the food choices need an upgrade.

The roast was really excellent. I often consider ordering an appetizer, but the main course is so substantial that I never manage to do it. It would be great if they could reduce the portion sizes a little; I think they would get more orders that way! Overall, it was a very nice experience.
