Smart pub, lots of exposed brickwork. Suits the area perfectly. Another choice of ale would be fab.

I grew up around chelsea, it's a gorgeous pub! Went back there recently and it's still lovely! 5/5. The food is amazing and the staff are lovely! Best pub in the area xxx

Excellent bar restaurant which has spotless floor and clean toilets. Great service/bar and food if we want to be dined at the back or at the front! Highly recommend and really nice place

I was looking forward to going to the Cross Keys, a pub i used to frequent in my youth, and i had heard the food was good there. Unfortunately it was disappointing. It was a Friday night but it lacked atmosphere as it wasn't very busy! however, I like the decor. The staff were not attentive or efficient at their job (they all need training), the food was fine not great or disappointing, just average pub food.

Great pub, very popular but a bit pricey. 1 sausage roll sliced into 4 with a little ketchup.is £5.20, plus service charge, 3 scallops and one slice of black pudding set on a tablespoon of pea puree £14, again plus the 12.5% service charge. Set against that, the staff are very obliging, there was no rush to get us out of the door for a second service, and the overheads are probably stratospheric. Historic pubs need our support so make the most of a wonderful pub set in a secluded street just a couple of hundred yards away from the Kings Rd.

Amazing gastropub in Chelsea with a great atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff and amazing food. I've been there a few times over the past years and they absolutely never disappoint. Everything is delicious and they over deliver even when it's a simple recipe. The wine list is great and with great options too. I personally like the dishes with truffles as ingredients but even the good old scotch egg at the Cross Keys tastes so good! If you're going for the first time, make sure you ask for Sam and she will make you feel like a regular in a heartbeat! Great place, honestly. I just love it.

The pub is wonderful. The other patrons delightful and the drinks are good prices for the area. The members of staff who seem to be in charge are NOT. This is our go to pub. And yet that’s twice we’ve been spoken to like dog dirt by people behind the bar who act like they have some authority. Firstly a tall lady a few months ago. And this time a guy called Ben(? His demeanour was arrogant and his inflated sense of self importance matched and his people skills and ability to communicate with patrons non existent. Will find another regular watering hole. There’s not a shortage of great ones in the area.

It’s a shame that the current head waiter is so obnoxious as I’m quite fond of the Cross Keys and have been a regular for several years. I went in today at 5pm and asked if my family and I could sit at a table for drinks. I was told that we could not as the tables were for dining only. When I said we could order food, I was told the kitchen was closed until 6. I asked if we could have drinks until the kitchen opened, and he said we could not as the staff needs to set up the (empty) tables and “polish the cutlery”. His tone throughout was unwelcoming and curt. Wound up going to the new Chelsea Pig instead and had a great evening.
