Loved it here. Great meals, service excellent, decor great, atmosphere friendly and warm. Bar area great too although did get noisy.

Great place for my little granddaughter's party, staff were really helpful accommodating. Had bouncy castle in the garden lovely friendly atmosphere.

When we first entered the restaurant, we thought it was closed as there was no carvery available. However, we were promptly informed of the new summer menu. There was a fantastic variety of meals to choose from, and everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Decided to pop in our local for pie night with my son and daughter. Having all ready tried the award winning steak and Stilton I opted for the chicken, mushroom and tarragon. WOW by far the winning pie in my book and would definitely recommend you try it. Service was good like always. Lovely evening and excellent food.

Visited for a meal this afternoon. The bartender told us there might be a bit of a wait for our meals, due to a function taking place. The wait was no longer than we would have expected to wait for a meal to be cooked anyway. When our meals arrived they looked absolutely lovely. We weren't disappointed, they tasted as good as they looked. All in all a lovely country pub with great food and good prices. We will definitely visit again when we return to the area.
