The Cuban Canterbury

Security team is stubborn and rude. My friends were not allowed into the club and were given no explanation. We go to Cuban regularly yet the bouncers were utterly disrespectful.

Bouncers set a mate on me, suckapunched me and ran off. Police involved, everything said about the bouncers in these reviews are true. One of the owners watched this happen also!

The restroom attendant was the best part of our evening at Cuban on Saturday. She was incredibly helpful and made our experience more enjoyable. She definitely deserves a raise for her exceptional service. She was the sweetest lady and we will always remember her. Visualizza piatti

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely appalled by the behaviour of the security team. One of the bouncers insisted that me and my friend snuck through the back even though we had stamps and he was the one that checked my ID at the door. Only after taking me out of the club where I showed him his colleague who let me into the club did he let me back in.

Avoid visiting this establishment at all costs. The bouncers are extremely aggressive, even towards normal conversations. We were on a business trip and prepared to spend a substantial amount of money, yet a 59-year-old client was denied entry for not having an ID, despite the website stating that entry was at the discretion of management. It seems like the bouncers are on a power trip during certain nights.

My son went here and was searched inside the club he did not refuse and gave bag to bouncers he had a box of matches in his bag since he smokes which was searched at entry and given the all clear, the bouncers then aggressively pulled my son out of his seat in a headlock punching him several times into the abdomen area and then hitting my sons girlfriend we will be pressing charges for this aggressive behaviour. I went to the Cuban last night 15/03/2022 and I want to thank the female staff for being absolutely wonderful to me. A man was dancing with his girlfriend when he shoved his hand up my dress I was disturbed by that, so I told my friends.Two female security workers talked to me about the situation and reassured me that the Cuban is a safe space so the guy would be told off and even though that guy was apparently a regular at the Cuban they barred him for his actions and I am so so thankful that they were did their jobs exceptionally and kept me and my friends safe. If you are seeing this thank you both for listening to me and not dismissing me you are wonderful.

The security guards are blatantly rude and discriminatory. My friends were pulled out of the club and accused of sneaking in through the back. Despite the fact that they clearly had stamps on their wrists, they were on the guest list and that we come to Cuban at least once a week, the security guard refused to believe them. Yesterday, one of the same friends who was accused of sneaking in was refused entry without any explanation. Another friend was told that he has been banned for something he did last week and, yet again, there was no further explanation. It 's fun maybe for like 20 minutes, after that it becomes overwhelming. So- The Cuban looks like it had a pretty great atmosphere from the entrance, which is why I decided to come in here. Problem is that you have to pay a £10 entry fee, so you basically should stay for at least 45 minutes to make it worthwhile. They also require your ID for proof of age, so bare that in mind if you look young. As for being inside the nightclub: It 's loud- VERY loud. When I was ordering a diet coke I had to shout so I could be heard. I understand it 's like a party, but the music doesn 't need to be *that* loud, surely.
