"We took our four young children under 5 my husband and I and wow they looked after us so well gave us their biggest table with best space for a buggy even though they were full.’the staff were incredible and so good with the children. Food was beautiful, so fresh and cooked so well. Special recognition to Dee the waiter. He was a lovely lovely man, so professional and caring. Brilliant experience thank you. X"

Would recommend to all, everything about the food, service and place was excellent. One tip if going on a Sunday book no later that 16:30, as the store closes at 18:00.

Eat here every time we come to London! Food is great quality and always on point. Staff very attentive and went to great lengths to make my pregnant girlfriend comfortable! Will be back soon !

Food was ok but lacked flavour and taste. Hostess was ok nothing more no warm greeting simply took us to a table. When bill arrived the booked 50% discount was not applied which was embarrassing.

The steaks we ordered, both the sirloin and rib eye, were cooked perfectly and of excellent quality. The prices are a bit high, as expected for being in the food court of Harrods, but the setting is casual.

service and eating were both places and places. our waiter/waitress duo laszlo (approved if this is written wrong) and sylvia were brilliant. a real credit to the grill. eating was served quickly and very tasty.

The food was delicious, just as I had hoped. I would recommend avoiding the bar seats in the center as they are directly across from the grill and it can get quite hot. It's better to request a table or a seat on the side.

great food. we chose a set menu in advance, but would not disturb because it was not better than the main menu. steak was nice. like the appetizers. Beverage menu a bit restrictive and no availability for walks in the cocktail bar, which was disappointing.

The restaurant offers great value with a 50% discount through The Fork. I wouldn't pay full price as £40 for a burger is too expensive. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cocktails were good but a bit pricey. However, the food was delicious! The truffle fries and focaccia were outstanding!

I'm here almost every time I came to london, just because it's really great in the one, but this youngest visit has left me very disappointed. service was poor and all 3 of the steaks, where not only undercooked (rare, if we were all asked for medium), but also very low quality cuts of meat. unfortunately this will put me from return because for the price it should always be on point with food and service.
