"We have no conplains about the food or service but we did not like the fact that people; who were general shoppers could just wander around The Tea Room as they pleased. The table we were sat at felt like we were in a walk way of the shop and we had lots of shoppers mulling around and hitting the backs of our chairs as they passed with their bags. We fell there should be the one entrance to The Tea Room rather than two, with a member of staff stationed at the entrance to greet people who having a booking or are enquiry about a table. Our experience was ruined by all the passer buyers."

Harrods once again lives up to its reputation! Our tea was superb. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. We cannot wait to go back!

The staff were polite and professional. Food was excellent. Tea was refreshing and light. The pianist played beautifully throughout our time

Was such a lovely afternoon, a pianist playing and great friendly staff, food was plentiful and very good! Couldn’t eat it all, had lovely pink champagne

the live piano music was really loud. if they can decrease the loudness, it will be a great ambiente to enjoy their fine food-sociation with our companions

This was a birthday treat and really disappointed. Seating was in the alleyway of people walking through- expected better for what was an expensive experience. Pianist was the highlight.

great location and beautiful opposite scones were warm and great option of strawberry or skyberry jam. the options of different coffee was a plus. we were disappointed to pay for two refills of prosecco 30 pfund.

We thought there was a dress code ie no trainers tracksuit etc. So we dressed accordingly, but people came in, in whatever and seated. Also it felt as if we where in a corridor, as it was a thoroughfare for people going to other departments which it never used to be. The food was nice and plenty of choice and waiter attentive.

Really disappointing with the quality of both the savoury and sweet offering. The egg truffle roll was stale and all the sweets were tasteless. If this was the festive menu and it was meant to be special then god help the usual afternoon tea. Have been to many afternoon teas across London and this was the worse. Having to pay a 12% gratuity for this on top was hard to take
