The Haven Bar Restaurant

One of the best veggie breakfasts I’ve had! Every element was delicious, veggie sausages, perfect poached eggs, buttery spinach and the rest! Service was attentive and friendly as well, would recommend and will try to come back when I’m in the area!

hidden on this incredible restaurant with applause on a day trip to lymington and managed to get a walk in the table for 2 in the beautiful dining room with panoramic view. the service was friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. the restaurant itself was full on Wednesday in the February, which speaks for itself. we hope to come back.

Lovely waterside restaurant with great views and great value delicious food. The portions were enormous. The staff were all welcoming, professional and attentive, even to the dog. We were lucky and managed to get a table despite not booking although it was pretty busy at lunch so I would advise booking particularly for the evenings when I imagine it gets really busy!

The Haven Bar and Restaurant not only has an enviable location nestled amongst the marina yachts but offers excellent food and service. On my visit I had oysters, white bait, dressed crab and panna cotta all were excellent. The staff were really helpful and polite and always around when needed. And finally a fine selection of drinks available. Overall I would thoroughly recommend.

the hotel is located in quayside in lymington, with partial views around the quayside. many seats inside and outside. good selection of light engravings, start, netzen and desserts. good service, delicious food. the only problem was a series of flying in the restaurant, which would have disturbed her constantly eating (other would have given a 5* other nice note, would reduce the lighting inside to make it a bit more personal and romantic. but destined to visit.

Located down in the quayside in Lymington, with partial views around the quayside. Plenty of seating inside and out. Good selection of light bites, starters, mains and desserts. Prompt good service, tasty food. The only issue was a number of flies in the restaurant that constantly bothered you when eating (otherwise would have given a 5* another nice touch would reduce the lighting inside to make it a bit more personal and romantic. However definitely worth a visit.

Online the reviews said it was excellent, completely far from it I'm afraid A truly Awful experience . My partner and i dine in restaurants and cafes all over the country suiting all budgets but we have never had such poor service. we were told it was fully booked (photos forwarded to prove otherwise), so we agreed to sit outside and adhere to a reduced menu.. We were fobbed off with lame excuses trying to order on the reduced menu and promised the sausage and bacon rolls would be available within a few minutes , after an hour and half we got up and walked off fed up with waiting . Totally unprofessional.... new management required to run the kitchen and floor staff in a proactive manner . T...

I have to say hate giving this place a bad review.....BUT .... This is one of our favourite treats for special occasions. My wonderful partner booked for my birthday on 4 March, and the evening started off perfectly. Food is always good. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we had out starters and then asked the lady who looked like she was in charge if it was okay to pop out or a breather, and she said, of course. When we returned, our drinks and table had been completely cleared.
