"we were on the road for a bike tour and we went to the hollybush for a quick lunch and a beer. the staff was helpful and polite and found us a table, even though it was quite a busy day off. we were served quickly, a good choice of beer and the food was delicious. I had steak and ale cake and my wife had the onion bhaji burger and said it was excellent. next time we will definitely go back for a longer session."

Enjoyed a two course meal on a Tuesday evening. As others have said the menu is limited but the quality of the meals on offer was excellent. Good beers too! As always, the staff were welcoming and friendly. A thoroughly enjoyable evening
