"The restaurant offers a diverse selection of dishes ranging from the slow-cooked lamb Chewela to the deliciously creamy butter chicken. The cheesy Seekh kebab is a unique fusion dish, and the Pommi naan and Keema rice complement the curries perfectly. The Kulfi dessert helped to cool down the spiciness of the Chewela and chilli chicken. Additionally, there were plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. The food was excellent, the staff were knowledgeable, the atmosphere was great, and it is a must-visit in Manchester. I will definitely be returning in the future."

After my first try - a takeaway - I can say that I'm not massively impressed.

I got very excited by the fact that I finally found a Nepalese restaurant in Manchester and hence made my friend drive down to Didsbury with me.

This is definitely one of my favourite places to go for a curry in Manchester, so much nicer than any of the food you would find in rusholme in my opinion.

Incredible food, the whole menu has been thoughtfully put together, not your regular Indian restaurant. Staff team can’t do enough for you, very welcoming and make you feel valued. Highly recommended

Third eye restaurant is absolutely excellent the food is just delicious and like they make it in India. Fresh and full of flavour. The team were so lovely and recommended some excellent dishes to us and we had a fab night. The portions were such a good size! Can't wait to come back!

Went to this restaurant in the early evening on a Friday, we hadn't booked but Mel managed to fit us in. The Restaurant was very busy (always a good sign) and now I know why. The food was second to none and am pleased Mel recommended the Chilli as it was fantastic. Would recommend it to anyone.

We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Despite its supposed award-winning status, we found the Indian food to be subpar. The dishes lacked the taste of fresh spices, had an overwhelming amount of tomato purée, and one lamb dish was overly sweet. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant as a good choice for Nepalese cuisine. Additionally, the prices were quite high.

My wife and I have just come back from a Valentine dinner and the food was great, we ordered the butter chicken and chilli chicken, I have tried these dishes in other restaurants and they just don't hit the mark, we also ordered the cheesy kebabs, fish pakora, juicy King prawns and succulent chops, I love the food here I can see why they constantly win awards, Arun is a great chef and this was our 2nd visit in last 7 days. Looking forward to going again soon.

We had a fantastic first experience at this restaurant. The staff explained the menu and background information, since it was our first time dining there. We had a great conversation about our preferences and tastes, as well as what the menu had to offer. The owners are dedicated to providing the best possible experience, and we will definitely be returning because there were many enticing options on the menu. The food was delicious, fresh, and clean, and the service was excellent. It's no surprise that this restaurant is winning awards.

"I've been to a couple of different Dishoom branches a few times and have never been disappointed by the breakfast options. The sausage naan roll is excellent. A couple of really tasty vegan sausages with some melted vegan cheese all wrapped up in a lovely soft naan and served with some sort of sweet chilli dipping sauce. My go to now is usually the vegan Bombay. It's a good hearty breakfast plate with... a couple of the same well seasoned vegan sausages. Some vegan tofu akuri a nicely spiced tofu scramble. Some very well cooked mushroom slices (that are maybe a wee bit under seasoned). The baked beans are really nicely spiced, elevating them far beyond the standard sweet sauce fare that's the usual. A few slices of well flavoured black pudding (that could be fried to being a bit crispier). A cooked tomato which is a bit dull, I've never been keen on tomatoes on my breakfast plate and this once has not changed my mind. It could do with some more charring and maybe some spicing. To help you mop everything up, the whole thing is served with a couple of soft bread buns that have been nicely toasted. I usually top the whole thing off with some chocolate chai with oat milk you get free refills for your chai. Unfortunately, it isn't wheelchair accessible. There are stairs up into the restaurant and various small flights of stairs to get to different parts of the restaurant. Updated from previous review on 2024 03 25"
