"I am from Germany and my family and me visited the Plough Inn for a few days. The room was incredibly comfortable. It was also very clean and silent. The waitress was very lovely and at breakfast she took her time to help us understand the dishes. The food was very delicious and the service was a 10/10. The location of the plough Inn was perfect for a relaxing holiday in the nature. We went for walks on public footpaths which were directly nearby and which led us directly into the stunning and calming nature. I really recommend a trip to this perfect hotel and I am definitely looking forward to going there again :"

The food was the best we e had at a country pub. My lamb was succulent and tasty, and there was a good portion of it. The vegetables were delicious and the wine list varied. Plenty of space too.

The food at this restaurant is truly outstanding, offering a fantastic menu with exquisite dishes. The service is also exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff. This is definitely a place worth revisiting. Service: 5 Location: 5

The meal was disappointing and rather pricey. The shared terrine was not very tasty and served with uninteresting 'salad ' and toast. '£8 for a mediocre dessert in a pub doesn 't seem good value either. Main courses were better with pink lamb but the fish was served with no starch side dish.

We only ate and drank at the pub, we didn’t stay at the hotel Food, drink and service was lovely. Completely understand why the pub has won so many awards. Only negative was the toilets obviously haven’t been updated for 15-20 years. There are two women’s toilets and one of those the door doesn’t shut properly. It’s really odd that’s never been fixed? It wouldn’t take long to sand it down so it can shut and lock.
