Whenever I'm in the lakes, I always think I'm an ice cream souvenir gift shop and a pleasant tea room. has camping supplies.

Large carpark, with lots of outside seating, plenty inside too and dog friendly, Sarah R served us and went to great lengths to find me a vegan cider, definitely recommend

visited on Thursday, 28th juli 2016 and had a creamtee as part of a special lakeland tour. it was the best watchnetee at all with 6 curses. all so fresh and beautiful. many thanks, richard and her staff!

not many vegan options. had the vegan loaded pommes; very delicious, much vegan cheese and a more than decent size portion. the staff was friendly, the service was fast. beautiful atmosphere in large environment.

beautiful pub, conveniently placed for refreshment after a walk in the environment. eating was nice, but nothing special. we had nachos who were good, but over price, and we had a burger and curry that were decent, but a little darkened.

height of the summer in the lake district and they can get a two cup tee or a large filter coffee and a speck torpedo for £3.95, which they do not put a cup of coffee at some. big wfm. also beautiful speck, no super market water injected.

The main and vegan menu were immediately available. Plenty of variations of burgers, I don’t normally have burger but went for the Mexican. I love cooking and know how easy good tasty food can be to make; often pub food is “token” food but this was sooooo tasty!
