"I recently had Sunday lunch at this restaurant and it was a wonderful experience! The setting is reminiscent of a traditional carvery, with a choice of beef, turkey, or gammon. The portions were generous and you could opt for a larger serving for a small extra fee. The self-service unlimited vegetables were nicely cooked and very fresh, with a good variety including braised red cabbage. The gravy, which I don't usually enjoy, was excellent. While we didn't have dessert, options included spotted dick and sticky toffee pudding. The pub's decor is basic but clean, and the service was quick and welcoming. Overall, fantastic value for money and we will definitely be returning to this hidden gem."

Nice little hidden gem of a pub tucked away from the road. Friendly bar staff and welcoming locals so an excellent way to spend the evening. Dog friendly too a nice warm fire

The mixed grill is a man versus food extravaganza, you need to be hungry for this one ! But from fish and chips to pizza you can’t go wrong. A classic pub with warm and welcoming staff, what’s not to like ? Worth a visit any day but also do a great Sunday roast.

What a pleasant surprise! We came across this cozy pub while searching for dinner, as the one across from our hotel was fully booked. We were so happy we found it! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was friendly, and there was a lovely fireplace to keep us warm. We even got to share our leftovers with a sweet dog. The portions were generous too. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Silverstone area.
