Ordered a royal chicken korma with exotic fruits. If you call dried sultanas exotic then you’re ok. However, I don’t. No other fruit in it at all and it was an extra £1. The chicken was very dry, probably yesterday’s. I spoke to a manager who said that in India sultanas are exotic, that was his answer. The nan breads were also dry.

Ordered from here after a recommendation and was extremely disappointed. Curries were watery, bland and lacking in spice (we ordered two fish/seafood curries and 1 lamb). Onion bhaji was stodgy, bland and heavy. Sundries ok but not good enough to redeem the rest of it. The menu emphasises regionality and authenticity, but in our opinion this was neither. Would not visit again.

We pre-ordered our meal. The arrival time stated was 06:15.... We received a courtesy email to say there was a delay of 15 minutes. Our meal still arrived on time. Our meal was hot and very tasty. We ordered the onion bhaji and street food chicken pakora followed by a tandoori mixed grill and chicken bhuna with pilau. All very nice. Very helpful staff and happy to adapt dishes to suit your individual taste….. don’t moan about delivery times they are very good but very busy establish a time you’d like your food and give them 90 minutes notice. They aren’t good and popular because they churn out rubbish food it’s because craftsmanship takes time so be aware of this before you order. So as an example on a weekend order 7 for 8.30pm not unreasonable for fresh excellent food

Our initial experience at this restaurant was flawless, however our second visit left much to be desired. Both dishes we ordered, chicken and lamb, had sauces that were too similar, heavy on the tomato and lacking in chili. The chicken portion was small, and the lamb was tough. On a positive note, the street food was delicious, flavorful, and enough for two people. It was good value for the price. The delivery fee increased from £1 last week to £2 this week.

We ordered food at 17:40 and was told our food would arrive by 19:10. At 20:00 our food still hadn’t arrived and 106 phone calls later our food finally arrived at 20:15. The food was stone cold. The prawns hadn’t been cleaned and were dirty. The aloo chop had no taste was just a textured slop. The curry sauces were grease, water and pepper and the rice was hard. I wish I had checked on here before ordering as we can confirm the most recent reviews,2 hours instead of 1 for a cold watery korma. Royal Korma with exotic fruit just means a few raisins for £1 and Paneer Shashlik tasteless and overcooked. Save your money or go elsewhere. First visit and definitely will not be back. Rang to chase about 3 times each time to be told it was on the way however to be honest it might have been better if it hadn't even come.Only given 1/5 as 0 wasn't possible.

Ordered online at 1830 Said it would be 1920 but add 45 minutes (why not say 2005? So two hours later we rung to ask if they were coming They said that it was “on its way” Another hour later we rung to ask again They said they would ring back The snap arrived The driver left Snap was missing They rung us back I said “oh are you ringing about the missing items ?” He said “no I’m ringing you to tell you that you’re pressuring us” He said “the driver said he dropped it off an hour ago” I said “No he didn’t, it’s just arrived and it’s wrong” He said “Oh well there’s nothing I can do about that” and then hung up on me Ridiculous

We are loyal customers of Tiffin, ordering family meals from them every month. However, during one recent visit, we were disappointed when our salad was forgotten with the starters and there were no onions with the popadoms. Additionally, the mixed grill I ordered was served cold and I had to heat it up in the microwave. When I called to complain, the person who answered said the manager was not available and would call me back, but never did. After reaching out again a few days later, the manager did not apologize but offered free popadoms as per their policy.
