"In 1980, the TÔ restaurant advertises its Vietnamese street cuisine. It was my job for a meeting in Düsseldorf. I was worried by Rheine by train, the traffic situation on the A2 and the A3 leaves no real pleasure on a trip by car. Time for lunch before the meeting was planned. Great food. At 2 out of 2 visits, however, there were mistakes in ordering (wrong drinking and eating and no love for wishes), which is probably due to the language barrier. Just like that! True culinary experience. I can absolutely recommend To Sisho. In my opinion, it tastes better on site than ToGo, but unfortunately the gastro plants must remain closed.
