The staff were very welcoming, the carvery was excellent, and the service was attentive.

Good food, staff friendly but the heat in the restaurant was unbearable as it always is. Good service too.

when entering the restaurant, they must wait to show a table. eating is the usual karvery menu. the people who serve the food and the waitress were very polite and well gifted and worked well there. the place has a good atmosphere when they arrive. parking is free and you can always find a place. the toilets are regularly cleaned and maintained. My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant last week. Our server, Jenny, was very attentive and polite. She was very friendly and I believe she is a valuable member of the Toby Carvery team. We were very impressed and will definitely be visiting more often. The service, food, and atmosphere were all rated 5 out of 5. The price per person for our meal was between £20-30.

I had made a reservation for 5 people at this restaurant, but received a phone call informing me that they had run out of meat. I had also attempted to book a table at the Sheldon Toby but did not initially receive a confirmation email, although I eventually did. I discovered that only 6 or 6:30 seating times were available. The staff at this restaurant, including the manager, were extremely rude. They forgot my drink on the table, and when I asked for a small carvery, they refused because of my age. To top it off, the manager laughed and walked away. I will not be returning to this establishment. The service, atmosphere, and food all received a rating of 1 out of 5.
