Fish and chips fabulous but waitress got some of our order wrong

Two visits in the week we're visiting Slapton Sands. Friendly service, excellent food and really good gluten free options.

Dropped in with my wife and daughter. Really enjoyed our visit. Great food and service. Would definitely return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Amazing lunch, more than once!! Food cooked to perfection. Staff polite,helpful and so willing to help. Try the Fish burger! Not your usual burger..batter melted in your mouth.

Great views Good service Card only no cash? Food wasn't as good as expected Had fish and chips with peas. Fish felt dry and chewy The real kick was paying over £3 for a normal can of diet coke!!

Nice looking place and friendly staff but the food was awful , an open sandwich ordered is basically cheese on toast , the fish and chips was OK but the chips felt like oven chips , not great . Probably won't return .

Visited for lunch twice while visiting Slapton Sands for a week. Excellent service, friendly staff and really good food. Excellent range of Gluten Free options. Try the fish and chips, lovely crispy batter and excellent fish cookery.

I had a wonderful experience at the Boathouse in Torcross, earlier today. The staff are extremely professional and very welcoming. The food is amazing, I had lemon drizzle cake (warmed) with honeycomb ice cream which was absolutely delicious. I would most certainly recommend this establishment. I will be back soon.

A lovely cafe right on the seafront with excellent outdoor seating. The place is dog friendly inside and out also selling doggie ice cream. There is a decent selection on the menus from a light coffee and cake to more substantial meals. As its licensed alcohol is also available. Access is wheelchair and buggy compatible, there is car parking nearby on the opposite side of a fast but not too busy (at least off season) main road. We enjoyed a lovely coffee and ice cream sat outside on the walkway between the cafe and the sea in beautiful weather. Takeaway fish and chips is also available if you want to eat and stroll. Based on my visit I would certainly recommend a visit. A great place in good...
