"When we arrived they had no idea we were coming and had no spare tables. The concierge was rude and pretty much ignored us looking like idiots just stood in a very busy restaurant. Fortunately when a table became available we were seated and looked after very well from that point. The food was excellent as was the vino. Shame about the start!"

great discovery recommended by a guide. we had a reservation, sat immediately and the restaurant filled up quickly. enjoyed eating, ambiente and attentive, but not intrusive, service. would definitely return.

Cibo eccellente a un buon prezzo; il posto era molto affollato da molti turisti (proprio come noi); un po' di attesa per il servizio. Ci siamo seduti al piano terra, che era un po' accogliente, sebbene affascinante.

We really enjoyed our meal here! My husband and I split the bistecca florentina with the roasted potatoes and I am still dreaming of the potatoes. Also very nice that there was some air conditioning on a hot summer day!
