"1.0 rubbish Maker and Waitress (Former Employee) Wembley 11 April 2019 unfriendly, poor pay, unsanitary. the way that the staff were talked to was completely absurd and they were even using gone off food at one point. they allowed children to burn their hands on the cookie dough plates a month ago The WORST experience ever. We ordered pistachio ice cream in cone and the nuts were out dated. My partner got sick due to that. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Spent £45 on ice cream and milkshakes for the whole family but when asked if they could fill my water bottle up they said no. Why do I have to waste more money and plastic???? Staff were all running round but the service wasn’t very good. Never going back. Today's visit Came to treatz today with my daughters and partner and I wanted to go toilet and he refused me unless we ordered, which we was ordering Dry and tasteless cakes. No tap water Popped in for a treat and was disappointed to be told that tap water was not an option so I ended up spending £6 on three bottles of water. delicious food but some members of staff were quite rude and we felt unwelcome. the food however is lovely and i can’t recommend that more.

Fantastic restaurant that offers a wide variety of sugary treats. From delicious chocolate milkshake to decadent desserts and ice cream, this place has it all. The warm cookie dough dessert is a must-try and absolutely amazing.

Delicious desserts Itheir Brownie Dream and also the mocktails are very nice as well my dessert unfortunately had a disgusting piece of hair inside it but they gave me a free dessert as a refund even though they forgot to add the Treatz logo on top but it was still good nonetheless.
