Very professional service from your staff (Abraham), who make excellent food. Would highly recommend and visit your branch again.

When we arrived at the restaurant, there was only one other person there. He informed us that they were not serving young children who appeared irresponsible. He recommended that teenagers looking for desserts should go to Creams instead.

Absolutely terrible establishment! Rude staff, no management, young kids serving so they can pay minimum wage and are speaking to horrendously in front of customers. Never would I suggest anyone works or eats in this bullying environment who also doesn’t pay their young school leaver staff correctly.

We ordered a lotus biscoff cheesecake and milk chocolate cookie dough. The milk chocolate cookie dough is the best I've had in Reading. The lotus biscoff cheesecake was topped with a generous serving of lotus biscoff sauce and was delicious too. Marcus, one of the staff members was an absolute delight warm, sweet and very hospitable.

What a total disappointment. The desserts look amazing. Don't be deceived by appearance. I had the snicker licker mania. Tasted nothing like snickers with not one nut. Poor quality tasteless ice cream with squirty cream from a tin with a little bit of sauce and a wafer all for a collasal £8.99!!! Seriously! The place was filled with loud screaming kids. Bad service. I asked them for a pistachio rose milk cake for take away and this is what I got. Not a single trace of pistachio. Half slice cut off the top. The box was all sticky for which one of the servers apologized and wrapped it in a bag. I did pay £8 for this cake. Moreover, when I reached home and reached out to them after coming home, they blatantly didn’t even accept their fault. I have ordered this cake for ages. Lost a customer today.

The service would be as to expect from any place. I got my dessert at a reasonable time and it tasted great. 3 stars, average score. What made the experience more than 3 stars was that the staff acted like humans rather than robots. They allowed me time to think and generous with their portions. When they made a simple mistake or talked to anyone in the parlour customers or colleagues their reactions and conversations seemed genuine. It didn't feel like simple pleasantries. It just brought a different atmosphere, unlike most food places. Don't worry Nevaeh, my table hasn't forgot you. You were amazing.

The restaurant is unclean, with unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Our experience was terrible and I would not recommend this place. We brought our granddaughters to celebrate their granddad's birthday. The ice cream desserts were good and there were plenty of menu options to choose from. Despite booking a table online, they did not have our reservation in their system or did not bother to check. We had to find a staff member to be seated and were not greeted properly. The tables were sticky and the floors were dirty.
