"Our First time here and will be our last, very disappointed. We came for lunch met up with my son who is on his lunch break. The service was very slow, like it name “turtle” there was only one waiter and one bar staff. So it was understandable. But it wasn’t busy when we sat down we was 4th table in the restaurant. We waited over an hour and our main haven’t arrived. I mention to the waiter 10 before my son lunch break is over that my son is in a hurry to return to work. After ten minutes later still not arrived. In the end my son had no lunch had to leave. Our food came but was not worth waiting for my Jerk chicken was burnt on the outside and it tasted burnt on the meat. I couldn’t eat it. My husband salmon was cold. The coconut rice have no coconut flavor and it was cold. The table was sticky. So I wouldn’t recommend poor food, slow service, and if you are in an hurry definitely no no."

Recommends. !!! A lot of variety food. Price is also decent. Plenty of seating capacity. Reaching here need a bit of walk if u comes in ur own car as its in the middle of town centre. Good service from the staff. Highly appreciate that.

I have no words to describe the service on this place, except for extraordinary. ben, our waiter on the picture, went beyond and beyond to make my sisters unforgettable for the 21st birthday. will only return for him, cheers geez. married me

We had a very nice meal here, food was really good and tasty, good sized portions. All the dishes were of a high standard and delicious. Visited for a Christmas meet up. Cocktails on 2 for 1 were great and the staff were very friendly. I’ve only ever been for drinks before but stayed for food this time. Good variety on the menu. Food arrived promptly. Once our two hour was time slot was up we didn’t get kicked straight off the table which was good. Staff attentive, would visit again.

My partner and I had our first date at Turtle Bay and have been together ever since. He ordered the chicken katsu curry, which has now become one of my favorite comfort foods. If you plan on going on a Saturday, I recommend coming early or booking a table, as their dishes tend to sell out quickly. Ddeano truly enhances our experience each visit. He understands our preferences and can suggest alternatives when our favorites are unavailable.
