Tylers Cafe - Menu

Thoroughly enjoyed our toasted cake and tea. Tyler’s proved to be a tranquil oasis in a deserted town centre. The ambience is refined without being pretentious. Just what we needed.

The afternoon tea was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were all excellent. I visited with a friend who suffers with dementia and they went above and beyond to make our visit into a lovely experience

I came here and found this cute cafe with my friends and was amazed at the service and how nice the food was. The specials were so enticing. I had the pulled pork and coleslaw sub on my order and it was delicious! Would recommend!!!

We came in on the instance of our 7 year old and had very good cake blueberry muffin cake was a delight) and nice coffee. Lots of choices for lunch and magazines to read. On our way out we bought a bedroom chair so lots of needs met in one place!

Stopped off for lunch with my son, we had the Avo on Toast and he had a full english breakfast. The service was 10/10 and food was all locally sourced and absolutely yummy! We left with very full bellies and my son was very impressed with his oreo milkshake!

Popped in on Saturday lunchtime, cafe is kept tidy and spotless and it’s a real pleasure to relax with a drink here. Ordered a latte, a pot of tea and toasted tea cakes. The tea is served with a biscuit and the coffee with a little chocolate. The tea cakes were absolutely delicious, served with a little pot of jam and butter and everything was well presented. We always enjoy a coffee stop here!

Me and my partner pre booked an afternoon tea at Tylers Cafe in December whilst christmas shopping. We arrived the time we booked and it was reserved for us and decorated, ready for the tea. We then ordered what we wanted from the list and all of it was so nice and there was so much selection for 2 We loved it!! The staff were also lovely and made us feel very welcoming. The Tylers shop is also a really nice shop for either before or after visiting the cafe, especially at christmas time the store had lots of amazing festive goods.

We were very happy customers years ago and visited at least once a month. Called today friday 10th feb 2023, was busy but got a table ok. had changed inside since last visit. Ordered coffees and toast. The toast was very well done and not enough butter given. We both thought the coffees had no taste, was like drinking hot coloured water, the coffee out the machine in Wetherspoons is better. We did speak to a member of staff and asked how many shots of coffee they put in and was told 2, said to her it wasnt good and she said oh, no apology at all. very disappointed and wont be going again

There are many cafe's in the town, but without doubt this is the best by far. What a lovely environment for a casual lunch with your best friend,after ordering and chatting for a while, a lovely lady appeared with our lunch. The presentation of the smashed avocado on a bagel, and i had a toasted cheese sandwich, great presentiaton, it was so appetising to look at and tasted great Thanks to the staff, my friend and i had a great lunch in such great surroundings, we then wandered around the top floor at the wonderful array of furniture and accessories. We will now make this our special place for lunch I then collected a huge bouquet of flowers
