Verdure - Menu

The whole thing is pretty good and fresh but the portions would benefit from being a little bigger.

Nice and simple place with great service (people are super nice here). The bagels are great but the salads are just delicious.

Very clean. a smiling waitress. Salad to compose. home sauce at your choice. I love agrarian dressing. Especially if we take some orange pieces in her salad! I come in by chance, I keep the address preciously.

the restaurant is more a cafeteria but it's clean, nice and warm. The owners are very ça ring and grow some of their own vegetables! There are lots of organic options, vegetarian and vegan possibilities. The salad i had was huge and delicious!

How can this salad bar have this rating! The girl of the day who served me (06/25) who is screaming behind her counter, ridiculous portions for a salad at 10€! I do not recommend at all. I wanted someone to explain the concept to me so I would know what to choose... Well, I'm still waiting... In short, flee if you are hungry

Je mange très régulièrement au Verdure pour le déjeuner. J'apprécie particulièrement de pouvoir choisir du quinoa ou des pâtes comme base et pas juste de la salade. Le menu végétarien permet de s'en sortir avec une salade vegan, une salade de fruit et une boisson pour un prix raisonnable. Je n'ai jamais tenté les bagels qui normalement contiennent tous du fromage et la soupe contient parfois de la crème. I eat very often at the Verdure for lunch. I like to be able to have quinoa or pasta in my salad. The vegetarian menu is great to have a vegan salad, a fruit salad and a drink for a reasonable price. I never tried bagels because they all have cheese in them and sometimes soup contains dairy.

First of all, not being used to the early closing hours in most of France, we arrived at closing time. The waitress was already clearing up the outdoor seating. Nervertheless, she offered to keep the restaurant open for us, which I found really nice! The concept is simple: you choose from a variation of basics green salad, rice, pasta or quinoa (a welcome change), extras (veg and meat) and sauces. I chose red quinoa and topped it off with a bunch of greeneries (including avocado and yellow tomatoes) and a vinegar sauce. It was a delicious meal and the portion was quite big as well. Good value for money and a nice place for vegans to create their own meal. Too bad their opening hours are rest...

Salad bar lover, I went for a look... It was a real shame, it’s the first time I’ve seen such a poorly garnished salad. Usually, even if you take a “small” size of ingredients, you never end up hungry when you come out… which will clearly not be the case this time I still can't figure out if I was annoying the waitress because I was stopping her from talking with her colleague or if she was just excited about her work, but this is the first time it's left me with that impression. The restaurant would benefit from filling the bowls a little more, which did not even fill half of the bowl in terms of content. Even if it means making a slightly lower margin... it's also the first time that I not...
