The whole thing is pretty good and fresh but the portions would benefit from being a little bigger.

Nice and simple place with great service (people are super nice here). The bagels are great but the salads are just delicious.

How can this salad bar have this rating! The girl of the day who served me (06/25) who is screaming behind her counter, ridiculous portions for a salad at 10€! I do not recommend at all. I wanted someone to explain the concept to me so I would know what to choose... Well, I'm still waiting... In short, flee if you are hungry

Je mange très régulièrement au Verdure pour le déjeuner. J'apprécie particulièrement de pouvoir choisir du quinoa ou des pâtes comme base et pas juste de la salade. Le menu végétarien permet de s'en sortir avec une salade vegan, une salade de fruit et une boisson pour un prix raisonnable. Je n'ai jamais tenté les bagels qui normalement contiennent tous du fromage et la soupe contient parfois de la crème. I eat very often at the Verdure for lunch. I like to be able to have quinoa or pasta in my salad. The vegetarian menu is great to have a vegan salad, a fruit salad and a drink for a reasonable price. I never tried bagels because they all have cheese in them and sometimes soup contains dairy.

First of all, not being used to the early closing hours in most of France, we arrived at closing time. The waitress was already clearing up the outdoor seating. Nervertheless, she offered to keep the restaurant open for us, which I found really nice! The concept is simple: you choose from a variation of basics green salad, rice, pasta or quinoa (a welcome change), extras (veg and meat) and sauces. I chose red quinoa and topped it off with a bunch of greeneries (including avocado and yellow tomatoes) and a vinegar sauce. It was a delicious meal and the portion was quite big as well.
