"Normally come to this place as my local and have done so for quite some time, however the rudeness of the staff is not acceptable and I will not be returning again. There are far better wine/craft beer shops across Edinburgh that I would recommend. My last experience in the shop ruined my evening, the two men at the check out were very unhelpful and turned their nose up at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. Very disappointing and would not recommend if you live in Stockbridge or are passing through."

I received helpful and friendly assistance in selecting a wine for a dinner party with friends. The restaurant had a good variety of wines to choose from.

I generally don't care for Stockbridge, as I find many places to be quite pretentious. However, Vino is a rare exception. The staff is outstanding - friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. They are also dog friendly and always have treats on hand. While not the cheapest option, the selection is excellent and it's worth paying a bit more for the quality.
