The food was tasty and there was plenty of it. The service was welcoming and attentive.

We were disappointed with the restaurant at the big hotel because the service was slow, the staff seemed tense and short-staffed, and our food order was wrong. Some dishes were undercooked while others were delicious.

The services have left to be desired. Main dishes didn't come at the same time the one was already fat then the food came for the other. No planning no coordination. Glass with jump and splintered simply put to questions about wine no competent answer.

The location is very beautiful and modern, unfortunately, the service is a bit shaky, but polite. For dinner: as an appetizer a soup, just delicious. The main course was on average at best. Overall, a medium-pretentious impression, you don't have to visit more often.

The wait times were long and there was no clear division of waiter responsibilities. We were attended to by 5 different waiters, some of whom were quite unfriendly. It was not possible to order an aperitif from the bar area. The prices did not match the quality of the food. It's better to grab a quick meal on the go.

The reservation Mrs Adler was extremely friendly and committed. The MA who worked on August 26 in the evening were very friendly and attentive. Even the boss personally had come by my parents told me joyfully. The greeting from the kitchen was so sweet- very warm thanks to all those who made my parents a wonderful evening.

Even though we had made a reservation in writing and confirmed the special occasion (55th birthday), our table was not reserved for us. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The dishes were not only visually stunning but also delicious. Our visit to the extensive bar at Leonardo Royal made the evening truly memorable. Highly recommend it.

Even though my reservation wasn't recognized, we were still able to get a table. The service was lacking, with a nice staff but long wait times. It took 15 minutes for my drink to arrive after we reminded them. The food was excellent once it finally came out. Thankfully, the service improved towards the end. Unfortunately, the parking situation was a disaster.

We wanted to enjoy our anniversary with you, unfortunately, was only great disappointment. Restaurant is nice and stylish, but that's not enough. Staff unprofessional, overwhelmed and have not even looked into the reservation whether we have reserved table or not. We waited almost half an hour that we could order drinks at all about how long it took us to get drinks at all, I don't have to answer. We've just reported how long we had to wait. Answer from the waiter: “I am help, he is alone. I work myself in the gastronomy and understand if you don't have a staff, but so arrogant to answer and then drill nose all the time is unacceptable.
