"I stayed here recently with my husband and it is a perfect location with excellent connections into central London and also Heathrow airport. The staff are really helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble for them. I must mention Kante from the bar/restaurant what a fantastic asset to Hilton this staff member is. He is always smiling and brightens my day whenever I see him and he makes a great latte."

I stayed in this hotel for two months for work relocation. All the staff (Giorgia, Suzzie and Maggie) was super helpful and kind! Breakfast buffet was rich and varied. I highly recommend this place!

I want to express that Syuzanna was the highlight of my breakfast experience. Despite the limited food options and questionable quality, she made me feel at ease and forget about the food. Her tea-making skills truly elevated my breakfast to a more enjoyable level.

The staff is very professional and food is really good. I am Italian and I was really impressed with the arrabbiata pasta! I was lucky to be served with a delicious cake and espresso by Kante, who is the funniest and most professional Italian speaker bartender in West London! Grazie

Me and my husband loved staying in double tree by Hilton for a week and enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The breakfast team is amazing including Ana, Maggie, Nora and Suzzie and Nova. They made sure that we were served with everything hot and fresh. I highly recommend this place.
