Good lunch deals but the sandwiches themselves were not as good as they looked. lacking taste and fillings.

Jamaican vegan pasty is great. Steak disk is good. Sausage is a bit salty. the delivery takes about 30 minutes, takes much longer than pret.

I am impressed with this bakery chain that has expanded from my hometown of Harrow. Their Jamaican veggie patty is delicious and hard to resist, and their bread is also quite good. Watch out, Greggs! Visualizza piatti

I love coming to this restaurant for lunch because of the excellent customer service provided by a young girl who works here in the mornings and wears glasses. She is super lovely and keeps me coming back.

Hello, I visited the restaurant today and some of the staff had a bad attitude. They didn't know how to deal with customers properly. I may not come back again to get those lovely sandwiches. I am disappointed.

beautiful staff and service. not expensive. not discarded (like the western cornwall pasty society) only to buy and eat high quality products. woo hoo! just ignore the ugly branding and bizarre font choices. keep them sucking until you get in. note to wenzels: rent a designer. today only twice confirmed. the best cheese and beech pulp is currently available everywhere. very good looking alternative and low prices.

I have lived and worked in the area for 20+ years, so have absolutely “been there and done that” as far as lunch in St Albans is concerned. Wenzel’s is now my absolutely favourite, and I find myself picking up a baguette or wrap almost daily. Nowhere else comes close to the quality on offer here. My personal recommendation is the southern fried chicken and mozzarella wrap. Be sure to ask for it heated, so you get that scrumptious melted cheese experience.

always eat great from here! the brot, whether it is a sandwich or a complete brot, is always soft and fresh. even when ordering, the brot is still warm, so it is freshly baked. large selection of food and surprising amount of hot food, including pizza. always delivered and served with ease and care. the people say the meal deal is expensive are not the fact that the meal deal is huge. even the bloomer sandwiches are very large and packed with fillings – they get what they pay. always like to go back!
