I've been a guest at a friend in Bremen for the weekend. We discovered this restaurant by chance and fed here. The ambience was 1A, the service, the host were first class. I felt very comfortable. Now for dinner: have ordered a fish plate: this was with one of the best fish dishes I've fed in my life so far. 6 different types of fish and all tasted great.
