Best cafe in llanelli good food very good price and piping hot very good service breakfast beautiful and the hot dinners are stunning

First time vizit with my family and we all had realy nice breakies and 1 dinner staff wS very help full too, definitly we will be back.

we had a great breakfast and dinner in this café and both reasonably priced, friendly staff and very good service. We had a lovely time in Llanelli.

Would highly recommend the willow ... Came here with my family to eat in very cheap and the staff couldn't do enough for you food was outstanding very clean and so polite.

I highly recommend this restaurant for its perfect non-greasy breakfast, which I found to be the best in Llanelli. I have also tried their cooked dinner a couple of times and it was beautiful, tasting just like a home-cooked meal.

Great value veggie breakfast, can`t fault the place. Clean cafe with safe eating area and a smile , which helps. Parking nearby so no problem there. Usually only have a breakfast there , but there is a huge range of meals and specials to choose from. Might try a take out .

I have been coming here for a good few years now and i love the place, the owner is great, so friendly. The staff are great to and so helpful. This is definently a family cafe. They interact with the children also and have a great selection of meals for children. I would highly reccommend this cafe to anyone : deffo one to try out! Their breakfasts are literally amazing. Good quality and great value for your money.

I ordered breakfast that arrived over 2 hours late, and the expected time kept getting pushed back. I paid £50 for 3 breakfasts, and my children were starving. When I called to explain the issue and inquire about a solution, the person on the phone was extremely rude. They abruptly hung up on me mid-sentence. We never received our food and lost our money. I am extremely upset as this was supposed to be a Mother's Day treat.

At first glance, we thought the restaurant was closed because it was so dark inside. Despite seeing a few sad-looking patrons, we decided to give it a try. However, the place reeked of old, rancid cooking oil. I tried to place an order for one of their expensive breakfast options, but the woman at the counter ignored me and continued making someone else's meal. After being ignored for 4 minutes, we decided to leave and find another place to eat. As we were leaving, they finally turned on the main lights. It's disappointing to see such poor service during a time of financial hardship. They need to improve their customer service if they want to stay in business. We will not be returning.
