"we were in the "Yen-Sushibar" yesterday for the first time.The invite looks well maintained at the first glance, the facility is modern and appealing. the card contains handwritten price changes (for me a no-go), and the selection of sushi is anything but kreatiw and so not typical Japanese. about 80% of sushi rolls on the map contain fresh cheese, the seemingly diverse is due only to the repeatedly different combination of 5-7 seed ingredients (lachs, thunfisch, gurke, rucola, fresh cheese, spargel, avocado).We had three appetizers: a tom yam suppe, a soybean salad and baked teig bags gza the suppe has tasted strongly after ready broth, the salat was extremely faded and the teig bags a mixture of wabbelige teig and extremely oily fried, almost burnt places.
