"Excellent food, small and characteristic location, located in a secondary street. The wait is there, since the room has few seats is true, but is managed entirely by one lady who takes care of everything. At the counter one person in preparation of sushi and all the raw dishes that arrive direct to the table. With a good glass of wine, you can strive to wait a few more minutes to taste a precious sushi as it should. Fantastic discovery in the short stay in Paris."

The food was good overall, but waiting 45min to get the appetizers and then another 30min to get the rest, so an hour and 15min in total to get the dishes we ordered was a bit too much.
