Never been greeted at a restaurant with fewer words been spoke, walked in door said we have a table booked for 2, we just followed the waiter he just pulled a chair out and carried on walking through restaurant so we thought that,s where we must be sitting. Eventually came back and asked if we wanted drink. Ordered starters of spare ribs try eating these without getting a bit mucky no towel or finger bowel was offered so went to loo and washed hands. Had main meals at no time did they ask if our meals were OK, which the food was not bad by the way, shame the bad service over shadowed it. Was never asked if we wanted another drink or if our meals were OK."

Good food and excellent value. Seating round the back is nicer for an evening meal but perhaps some background music would help the ambience. That being said, for the quality and price this was a great night out!

The food arrived piping hot, and the waitstaff were discreet, polite, and friendly without being intrusive. The portion sizes are generous enough to satisfy even the hungriest of diners. The food was delightful, and I found even I couldn't finish my meal.

I thought the food was excellent and the portions are generous. Try the smoked chicken or the yakitori skewers as a starter, or the katsu curry as a main really nice and really enjoyable. I cannot comment on the quality of the desserts as I couldn't handle that as well. The only quirk was that the place seemed to have an odd jazz cd on. Didn't seem to fit with the general aesthetic.
