"We went to the Zollamt restaurant for lunch. We ordered dorado filet and rumsteak. The serving team was welcoming and attentive to the details. The food quality, however, left us very disappointed... Rumsteak was hardly chewable and burnt, the potatoes that go with it was...not fresh cooked and tasted as the gum. Regarding dorado, we had no complaints, but we find it anyway too expensive compared to its quantity. The overall impression was very poor.. Next time, we will check the opinions prior to the visit of such “expensive” places."

Traveling by car down the Rhein, we decided to stop here for dinner. The food was great and the view was just as great. I would recommend this restaurant if you're nearby.

Not inexpensive, but you usually get what you pay for. Wait staff was efficient while still being attentive given how busy they were. Food was excellent, but what you are paying for is to sit beside the Rhine and watch the barges go by with...the vineyards as a backdrop. Visualizza piatti

Can't recommend this restaurant. The location is great. Nice view on the river rhine. It's a minute walk from the hotel (papa Rhein) but I've never had to wait this long for my food. And when it finally arrived the quality was not up...to standards. The schnitzel extremely dry and tasteless. A free drink for waiting for almost hours could have been the least they could have done.

We ate lunch here on a Wednesday while driving to the Frankfurt airport. They have great outdoor seating on the Rhine River, but it was too cold to sit outside. We ate the delicious Jägerschnitzel and enjoyed a good pils Faßbier. The service was good,...and we plan to return in the summer so that we can have dinner on the banks of the Rhine. If it is summer, you should make a reservation for a table outside by the Rhine.
