We had different dishes and almost everywhere the finished “Asian” Sweet Chili Sauce was included as a basic ingredient. This ominous sauce was also included in the Rigatoni noodles. The turkey strip plate drank in the sauce, the Gambas in Chili was only slightly sharpened here. The garlic bread on the front were 2 halved baking rolls, the Ajoli had a balsamico flavor, smells more garlic than tasty. So if a learned cook should really stand there at the stove, this should change. I can't judge the pizza, the steaks were at least medium. Who wants to have large portions and is only used at home for ready food is here. "Wir sind schon seit Jahren Gäste bei Kaufmanns und sind überaus zufrieden. Die Gerichte sind immer frisch zubereitet und durchweg sehr lecker. Die Inhaber und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und immer bereit flexibel auf Sonderwünsche einzugehen. Ich kann die vorhergehende negative Bewertung bezüglich der veganen Gerichte daher überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Meine Frau ernährt sich vegan und es war nie ein Problem bei Kaufmanns (auch spontan) ein leckeres, veganes Gericht kreiert zu bekommen. Ich kann dieses Restaurant daher auch für Veganer bedenkenlos empfehlen!"
