"Non consiglio affatto!!! Siamo venuti a mangiare alle 20:30 e abbiamo aspettato quasi un'ora fino a quando i nostri antipasti erano pronti. Il pesce era buono così abbiamo avuto alte aspettative per il corso principale , anche se le insalate erano bland (non condimento, nemmeno sale e pepe) e troppo caro. Ero già deluso quando il cameriere mi ha detto che erano fuori dai due piatti di pasta che avevo gli occhi fissi, quindi ho dovuto optare per la Pizza Vegetariana. Quella e le altre 4 pizze che io e i miei amici avevamo ordinato arrivarono molto tardi, dopo le 10:15. Inoltre era probabilmente la pizza peggiore che abbia mai mangiato. L'impasto comprendente le verdure era stato chiaramente congelato e riscaldato solo prima di servire, era cotto e un po' bruciato che hanno cercato di coprire mettendo enormi quantità di radicchio in cima. I Gnocchi erano a posto ma una quantità che non si aggiunge al prezzo, il risotto era acquoso e gustoso. Abbiamo detto loro che non ci piaceva molto il Cibo e quando abbiamo pagato ci hanno dato uno sconto di 4€ sulla nostra fattura di 179€... Il servizio non era amichevole ma vi esorto ancora a non mangiare in questo posto!"

My wife is from Milan and we live in the Washington DC area of the U.S we also travel a LOT, so we have a lot of restaurant experience…….so I can say with a good degree of confidence that this is an excellent restaurant worth visiting (we even got lucky with some live outdoor music on Saturday). "L'ambiente all'aperto è meraviglioso. All'arrivo abbiamo ordinato un aperitivo, gin e tonic e aperol spritz. Il tonico era piatto e l'aperol è stato servito con acqua anziché con prosecco. Abbiamo poi ordinato una bottiglia di vino dal menu, scelta perché era del 2016. Ci è stata portata una versione del 2020 e quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, la cameriera ha risposto che era la nuova. I nostri antipasti e piatti principali erano deliziosi, così abbiamo deciso di prendere un dolce. Quando è arrivato al tavolo, si trattava di cioccolato bianco anziché il cioccolato fondente descritto nel menu. Alla nostra domanda su questa discrepanza, ci è stato detto che era stato cambiato! Siamo partiti sentendo che, come clienti, ci aspettassimo di accettare qualunque standard fosse deciso dal ristorante. Non torneremo e non lo consiglieremmo."

"This was not only the single worst meal I've ever had in Italy (in or so trips), but might be the single worst meal my wife and I have had ANYWHERE. We are not their enemies, just shocked travelers. We went because three guidebooks,...all supposedly independent, raved about this place. The room is beautiful, and the hotel stunning. A good start. The obsequious staff should have been a warning, but that happens sometimes. My wife started off with a cold dish described as a salad with strawberries and mint. One strawberry, cut into four pieces, and mostly spoiled (which if I had known would have been sent back), smothered with can it possibly be?!? Island dressing, or at least the Italian equivalent. This would have been simply bad had the strawberry been edible. My soup was marginally adequate. My wife's second dish was grossly overcooked tuna that might have lain around for a week or so. I made the terrible decision to have veal, which came out as German weinershnitzel. Oh my goodness! The obsequious waiter asked us how the meal was and I said in a condescending voice, abastanza bene certainly no compliment. I should have said Horribile and Non voglio pagare but I was still in shock. BTW, the coup de grace was that their credit card line wasn't working. So instead of making us comfortable at the table, they marched me into the manager's office so he could explain. Shouldn't he have come to me? The only other diners were British travelers who didn't have full menu access. They were laughing and having fun and may not have noticed how bad things were. My wife was convinced that the restaurant crew was laughing at us, and afterwards, I had to agree. Thank goodness I at least told them the food was mediocre. But mediocre was a gross compliment given what we had. Minus stars."
