"Excellent Italian cuisine, the dishes were delicious!. The Italian superior was very friendly and accommodating, better it is not. Unfortunately, at the beginning we had a very rude German superior who started a fight with me because I made up of the over 100 euro order, an espresso that was not as hot as the others from the order. I wanted my wife to get a hot espresso. He then said that only the cup was cold and wanted me to apologize to him because I was wrong. You can't do that, you can't behave with a guest. It got a little louder, I don't like that. Then the very friendly Italian younger Superior came and brought us a hot espresso, while the older German superior wanted nothing more to do with us. Something like that doesn't have to be, it's the nice evening, with the delicious dishes. My personal recommendation would be a personal question!, as bad as it is."

"So, dank Krankenhaus Aufenthalt meiner beiden Mädels und da es zweimal etwas zu Essen gab, was beiden nicht geschmeckt hatte, kann ich auch etwas zu diesem Lokal sagen : Einmal eine Pizza Salami mitgenommen und einmal Pizza mit Schinken und Pilze und Carbonara. Fazit, Pizza ist sehr lecker und gut belegt. Bei der Salami ist die Wurst etwas sehr salzig, aber trotzdem lecker. Pizza können die gut. Carbonara war OK, was ich vermisst habe ist, der leichte Parmesan Geschmack und der Schinken war ein einfacher Schinken. Soße erinnert leider einer Sahnesoße, aber da es zum Mitnehmen war, muss man so etwas relativieren. Ei stockt und beim Mitnehmen ist es dann Zuhause ein Klumpen, daher darf man das nicht zu kritisch sehen das man eher eine Sahnesoße macht. Wir werden, sobald meine Tochter nach dem zweiten Besuch in der Klinik ohne Gips ist, mal vor Ort essen. Und danach kann ich erst eine entgültige Bewertung abgeben, diese ist erstmal ohne weitere Bedeutung. Was mir beim Abholen aufgefallen ist, im Lokal wird mit hochqualitativen Fisch geworben und es gibt eine super Getränke Ecke. Auch ist der Herr der bedient, sehr freundlich, lächelt und schaut einen ins Gesicht, dies ist nicht überall selbstverständlich. Bis in ca. 5 Wochen, Grüße"

"Halleluja...auf Empfehlung waren wir hier essen.Dienstag kurz nach 20Uhr sagt die erste Bedienung uns, es gäbe kein Essen mehr, die Küche schließe bald. Wir könnten es bei einem Italiener um die Ecke probieren. Aha.Da kam aus dem Nichts eine nette Dame angeflitzt, die uns erklärte, dass die Küche das ein oder andere noch raus geben würde. Sie kam mit uns an den Tisch und erklärte was es noch gäbe. Salate, alles aus dem Ofen. Nix aus der Fritteuse - die wurde schon gereinigt.Wir wählten also eine Linsensuppe mit Minze und ein Gericht mit Huhn, Blätterteig, Sahne und Gemüse - wir dachten an Huhn in Blätterteigtasche etc.. Es glich einem Frikassee-Unfall mit Blätterteighaube. Das hatten wir nicht erwartet. Es hat uns so gar nicht umgehauen. Optisch sowie geschmacklich nicht.Ich hatte nur die Suppe (ca. 6-7€!!). Faaaaad. Sehr fad. Wie kann Linsensuppe nur nach einem Hauch Linsen schmecken und sonst nach nix?! Wir ärgerten uns, dass wir uns in Erfurt auf den Weihnachtsmärkten nicht die Bäuche vollgeschlagen haben - das Essen hier war lecker und nicht teurer. Wirklich sehr erschreckend, dass dies das beste Restaurant in Arnstadt sein soll. Jedes einfache indische/pakistanische Lokal in unserer Gegend (Berlin) bietet bessere Qualität, Preise und Service.Definitiv KEINE Empfehlung."

"Ein Anruf am 22 12 und sofort hatte ich das letzte Zimmer gebucht. Der erste Eindruck der Braumeisterwohnung war sehr schön. Am nächsten Morgen funktionierte die Heizung im Bad nicht. Über die Feiertage war kein Hausmeister und kein Techniker zu finden so war das Bad eben eiskalt. Im Zimmer selber wurde die Heizung von einem fest angeschraubten Gitter verkleidet. Dahinter war Staub und Dreck der letzten 10 Jahre. Um dies einigermaßen sauber zu haben dauerte es auch drei Tage. Am 28 12 fiel dann die Heizung Kpl. Aus da es täglich auch entweder regnete oder schneite habe ich mit eigenen Handtüchern meine Hunde so gut es ging gesäubert immer hörte ich von allen wie toll, brav und sauber meine Hunde sind. Bei meiner Abreise habe ich für zwei neue Termine gebucht . Heute kam die Absage. Das Reinigen des Zimmers- Hundehaare - war außergewöhnlich hoch und sie möchten mich, obwohl es ihnen nicht leicht gefallen ist und es ihnen sehr leid tut; nicht mehr als Gast haben für die Hunde wurden 140 Euro verrechnet. Hundebesitzer meidet dieses Haus."

"We passed by this restaurant and decided to eat here as it looked very reasonably priced on menus displayed outside. We ordered our drinks and food. The waitress didn't seem to understand what we were asking as we did have to repeat ourselves a couple...of times (my boyfriend speaks German as well as Dutch my German is almost non-existent, but I am able to ask for something). My boyfriend also asked for a small beer as he was driving, but when the drinks were served, he was given a large beer. I ordered the Fajita Pita which is a thick bread with chicken and sour cream and cajun chips. Delicious and beautifully presented. My boyfriend had the Chicken Crispers again delicious and beautifully presented. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we come back to Nordhorn."

"Es ist jetzt schon mehrfach vorgekommen, dass bei der Bestellung der Ketchup komplett vergessen wurde!! Man ruft daraufhin an und es wird einem gesagt, dass es nur einmal Ketchup dazu gibt. Wenn man im Telefonat aber vorher beim Bestellen ausdrücklich sagt, wie viel Ketchup man möchte und es auch noch für in Ordnung befunden wird und am Ende trotzdem kein einziger Ketchup dabei ist, dann tut es mir wirklich leid!! Auf Kundenwünsche wird hier generell nicht geachtet! Nicht zu empfehlen!!!"
