good eating and salads for lunch and dinner, this place has a good service and eating, which is part large enough and the place is beautiful.

we stopped for lunch. they were very attentive. I enjoyed the hot tomato soup with cream. more ordered items were a minenstrone suppe, an salat and a meat dish all well.

visited the restaurant on a very sunny day, where everyone sat outside. the staff was very friendly and very attentive. you never had to wait to ask, they were always there, if necessary. they have a lot of menus on the table that is somewhat confusing. the homemade icy is delicious.

We went to this restaurant as someone told me they serve jacket potatoes. They did, indeed. The jacket potato was nicely presented with some salad and there was a sort of sour cream inside it. So, not as we English people know it. It was...quite a small potato but the price was not too high. The restaurant was extremely busy.

sat with children on the terrace. the service is fast and friendly. but first you have to fight through the cards. big card with eating then a separate drink card then you have a parking disc but that is getting rid of as an ice card to find another cocktail card and then another card with carving and then another card with burgers and two more cards but I have used to prevent the shaking of the table. eating itself is tasteful, but not high. the pace from stealing to reaching the table is fast. in short, take time for the cards and let them surprise themselves. had lunch there yesterday. inkfish rings and beetles. after the waiter the ananasschorle on my bright jeans served but apologised and serviettes brought to restore the textile, then the ordered food came. the catastrophe offered as a daymenue. the salate was unwashed (sand grains between the teeth) and showed marked age traces at least in the proportion of eissalate. the late zle impressed as if they were from one of my eyes. regardless of this, any kind of spicing was missing. also the lady who had ordered the ink fishing rings doubted the quality. on the side table you ass a burger with good looking pommes frites. that looked good.

Through the reviews here on TripAdvisor we ended up checking this place out. Its nicely located in the city center of Nordhorn along a nice canal. They've got an outside terrace and two floors with tables inside. On the menu they've got a nice variety...of food for not much money. I.e. a schnitzel will cost you around 9 euros, a nice big hamburger 10 euros, ice creams 5 euro, soft drinks are 2,30 euro a glass. For kids they've got a special corner with toys where they can enjoy themselves. Parking is free on Sundays. On other days there is a charge during the day or you could park at the DM store where you can park for free for 2.5 hours and walk to this place (approx. 10 minute walk). Food...

We passed by this restaurant and decided to eat here as it looked very reasonably priced on menus displayed outside. We ordered our drinks and food. The waitress didn't seem to understand what we were asking as we did have to repeat ourselves a couple...of times (my boyfriend speaks German as well as Dutch my German is almost non-existent, but I am able to ask for something). My boyfriend also asked for a small beer as he was driving, but when the drinks were served, he was given a large beer. I ordered the Fajita Pita which is a thick bread with chicken and sour cream and cajun chips. Delicious and beautifully presented.
