Servicio bueno, comida excelente muy buen trato, pan de distinto cereal . Una casa familiar que enamora por su propuesta culinaria, de base tradicional pero con sugerentes toques de modernidad que demuestran cómo el hijo, Alejandro Villa, ha tomado el testigo tras los fogones. El servicio a la carta, donde no faltan grandes clásicos como el Steak tartar de solomillo o los Callos guisados con chorizo y jamón, se completa con un buen apartado de sugerencias de mercado (los grandes protagonistas son los pescados adquiridos en las lonjas cercanas) y un menú degustación que varía casi a diario. "We went as a group of 11 non Spanish speakers. The staff made no fuss of our request to change from outside to inside at no notice and moved everything. The friendly service continued with translations and help with dietary requirements. The food was excellent across the board. Between us we had salads, fish, steaks, Vegetarian options and all were great. Wine was fairly priced and a good selection. All in would highly recommend."

"Cena familiar este sábado , muy buena elección de mi hijo,buen sitio buena atención la comida muy buena, para llegar hay que ir andando pues es zona peatonal. COMIDA. :8 SERVICIO. :8 AMBIENTE. :9 PAN. :6 El Pañol nunca falla, porque siempre tiene un producto estupendo y de temporada. Su carta es fija y fiable, desde la clásica merluza con mayonesa trufada a los callos. Cocina de casa, honda. Pero además, siempre tiene oferta fuera de carta en función de lo que haya adquirido esa semana, como las piparras o las setas. Aplica técnicas sencillas para levantar los sabores naturales, sin grandes salsas ni guarniciones, manteniendo una filosofía en la que el cliente aprecia el ingrediente que ha sido una dura tarea de encontrar. Cuenta con una tradición en la ciudad, en pleno barrio de Sabugo, en un edificio muy bonito, con un curioso comedor que rodea la fachada y la cocina en el piso superior. "Pedimos dos cachopos para llevar, el de Furacu y el de cecina. El de Furacu, que era solomillo de cerdo, jamón, queso gouda y pimiento de piquillo estaba rico pero el pimiento de piquillo vino lo que se ve en las fotos, muy muy poco para tanto cachopo y era lo único que le daba algo de gracia al cachopo. En cuanto al de cecina. Estaba muy pasado, era un mazacote que costaba cortar y con un rebozado excesivo, dejo fotos para mostrar que el cachopo era más el reboce que la ternera y la cecina. Fue una pena porque estaba rico pero así no había manera de comerlo, cachopo muy batallero y que parecía un torto. Para salir del paso está bien y el de Furacu con más piquillo estaba bueno puede que le demos una segunda oportunidad en el local, igual no fue el día.."
