"Location The Hotel Restaurant Graf Eberhard is located right at the spa centre/park near Albtherme. Parking spaces and a motorhome parking (for 26 Womos) are nearby. The restaurant is divided into several areas. Guests can enjoy the elegant hotel area. It offers space for approx. 150 people and in beautiful weather more in the beer garden. The tables are already covered. Gorgeous table ensemble with white tablecloths, light green thick napkins, flower decoration, cutlery and a small plate for greeting from the kitchen. Original large lamps hang on the ceiling, which resemble round glass yellow cow bells. Service Qualified service personnel attentive and reliable. Everyone had his job and was assigned to his area. Food bids will be a regional cuisine with vegetarian organic dishes from the biosphere area of Swabian Alb. At noon there was an Ermstal appetizer buffet and as the main course of Swabian specialties. But before, there was a greeting from the kitchen. Walnut bread and a lard pot. The lard was frozen and we asked for the reason. In response, we were informed that the WKD (economic control service) wants this. We didn't want it. A judgment was therefore not possible for us, because Schmalz frozen tastes quite neutral no matter what is in it. The Schwäbische Lunchbuffet for 12.50€ was a little bit more than we had expected. As the main course there was a veal roast with potato or semmelknödeln, with fennel vegetables or optionally a fish pan. The appetizer consisted, among others, of numerous salads, two kinds of pastets, olives, feta cheese, small pizzas, cheese-filled 1/2 Crousants and much more. Conclusion: Highly recommended. The urge of the older guests (Kurstadt) also showed us other very acceptable dishes."

"Description: Everything best, all delicious, salad fresh and crisp, meat delicate, pomegranate crisp, spaghetti perfect, tastefully excellent, service on tasty, good value for money... Nothing to complain! Mr. LUT is hungry, too, but not as much as my goddess. We land in front of the “Schützenhaus”, a clubhouse for Bad Uracher Schützen and see that there is something to eat here. A shop window with a menu stands next to the parking lot and I hardly dared my eyes, I had expected a good Swabian house kitchen and what do I read? An Italian menu that promises the most delicious food. I don't want to say that Swabian home cooking is not delicious! The entire property does not look so inviting at first glance, but this can be due to this weather and the remote location. We enter the guest room in the early evening – up to two tables of ten are all occupied! That's a good sign. The ambience.. benches and chairs, wood cladding, low ceiling, orchid next to basil on the window bench, cups, victorious plaques or how to make it on the wall, all rustic, cozy, simple, with blooming white tablecloths and wind light on the table. The service is friendly, cheerful, immediately brings the menus that offer a variety of dishes and drinks. The maps are simple, clear, not a long search. As drinks we order a Pils 0.3 l to 2.50 € and a beer from the barrel 0.5 l to 2.60 €. With my moderate feeling of hunger it is very important to me that all dishes are ordered as a small part against deduction of € 2. That's great. My choice falls on a small part of “Spaghetti alla Puttanesca” – spaghetti with onions, small tomatoes, capers and olives at 5,50 €. Mr. LUT decides for “Scaloppina al Vino bianco” – pork in white wine sauce with frits and salad at €12.50. After that we take espresso to 1.90 € the cup, strong and good. We leave the shelter completely satisfied and recommend it!"

Today we cannot find this in the menu, for this we can select four menus that can be selected in 3 or 4 courses. a slight exchange of individual courses would have been possible. that is too much a menu that can also order individual courses from it and then to a price that is displayed behind each eating. interesting as cocos limongrass soup with vegetable stripes (6,50 euro,) this also gives more value in the offer with fried sprinkles (10,50 euro). the vegetarian offer with bar-saving gel, with new carrots or crumb crepe and sauce hollandaise. optionally this is served with san daniele ham, roasted meeräschenfilet (25 euro) or grilled kalbsfilet (30 euro). also classics such as white carvings and bratkartoffeln (14,50 euro) or delicious ochsenbäckchen with colorful root vegetables and hand-crimped late zle (19 euro) are to be found. at the beginning there are fresh cut out baguettes with spectacular and criminal gurkens, which is all too much salt. shortly afterwards the kitchen welcomes with a spa gelcreme. if I hadn't known, I would have been completely out of him because it tasted like foamed milk, saw-like shed with hardly any significant taste of the asparagus. the economic time has not really begun and that the white stems do not yet taste intensive, that is to be expected. there was a salmon tube, spit and decorated over the glass. my jacobs, ordered as an appetizer, with fried bloodworms, which alternately lay on heaven and earth (14 euro,) were successful, although I found the part for an appetizer mighty. also the many kartoffelstampf would not have to be for me, the apples or the apfelmus was not stirred under the stomp, but the garden apple columns lay decorative on it. sky and earth were reinterpreted by women's service without long thinking: with earth are the kartoffel and the bloodworst meant for the sky, but please do not ask why they were bloodworst, that I was bloodworst. the two maids, one of them does not work. fast and routine, but without charm, lightness and smile, emotionless and blunt the plan to do is elaborated on our table, is gelled that the meeras fillet is out, simultaneous and sticky the candle is ignited and the drink order is recorded. the candle needs inside. "beautiful, clean family-run hotel in a former brewery building brauereiquenzer, very tastefully renovated and modernly updated, all this is located in the hotel bischoff in the historic old town of badm urach. friendly reception, almost I would have given in all areas 5 points, but the series after. our rooms generously cut, exemplary cinema room, modern beautiful bathroom, comfortable boxspring beds with different sleeping pads for choice never experienced that I lazy kisses for sleep choose! drinks and obstinat to greet on the room exemplary. in front of the hotel enough free parking and e-retanking for e-cars for hotel guests only for free here they think about future. In the morning we greeted a bright, modern Scandinavian inspired breakfast room with an excellent breakfast, besides the usual as cheese, sausage, jam homemade honey, also fresh smoked trout, smoked salmon, various egg dishes freshly prepared to guasto, vegetarian spreads, fresh fruit juices everywhere was a pleasant atmosphere. as well as a sauna on the roof terrace of the hotel. Unfortunately, some mankos in the sauna did not have any saunainfusion and the rest areas for the recommended rest after the saunagang were not available in the interior, only 3 normal chairs in the outside were there, but they were not usable for us because it was rainy, windy and very cold a canvas. overall very small, narrow wellness area. next to the hotelbischoff, the brewhouse, the event and eventhaus wildererer, there is also the restaurant kesselhaus, which is also part of the Bischoff world in bad urach."
