Top Preis/Leistung/ Qualität der Speisen, die Familie/das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Lokal ist sehr schön eingerichtet, eine tolle Ambiente. Eine super Entdeckung wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Im Eingangsbereich läuft man direkt auf die Toiletten zu (und so riecht es auch). Wir wenden uns nach rechts kommen in einen nicht besonders ansprechenden Raum, der fürchterlich nach Zigarettenrauch stinkt. Der Aschenbecher auf der Theke qualmt noch und ist voll, Geldsielautomaten, wie in einer Bahnhofskneipe. Als uns das Nichtraucher Zimmer gezeigt wird, können wir es nicht glauben. Plastikbezogene Tische, Kantinen - Charakter. Uns reicht es - wir gehen! Und das soll das erste Haus am Platze sei???? Unverständlich! Visualizza piatti

Sind auf Empfehlung eines Freundes spontan fast 1h zu diesem Restaurant gefahren und....es hat sich gelohnt! Handwerklich, geschmacklich und optisch perfekte Zubereitung. Filet und Rostbraten mit Bräunung auf perfekten Garpunkt (medium) gebraten! Die Soße des Rostbratens (Grundsoße aus Kalbsknochen) ein Traum, aber auch die Rahmsoße köstlich. Handschabte Spätzle und Belgischer Frittenschnitt gekonnt! Service aufmerksam und kommunikativ. Wir bekamen im gutbesuchten Lokal ohne Reservierung einen Platz im Freien. Durchgängige Küche! Muß man erleben und wiederkommen...

Wir waren heute nach den Wasserfällen dort essen. Und werden auch so wieder nach Bad Urach fahren um dort zu essen! Wirklich ein sehr tolles Lokal mit super tollen und freundlichen Personal (und das durchweg alle! handwerklich und Geschmacklich feines Essen! Ich hatte den Zwiebelrostbraten und meine Frau den Saibling. Sehr uriges Lokal! Es war uns eine Freude und wir kommen gerne wieder! Und das bald! Bleibt so, denn so gute Lokale werden leider immer weniger! Die Preise sind auch total Fair und wenn man schnell ist bekommt man noch eine Kleinigkeit als Gast Geschenk.

Wir waren zu Viert zum Abendessen in der Traube und wurden nicht enttäuscht! So hervorragend regional haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gegessen: Interessanter, vom Üblichen Grüngemisch sich abhebender Beilagensalat mit dezentem, schmackhaftem Dressing, butterzarter Hirchbraten in perfekt abgeschmeckter Sauce und top handgeschabte Spätzle, die Nachtische waren ebenfalls sehr lecker! Der Service war aufmerksam, schnell und freundlich, das Ambiente auf der Terrasse sehr gemütlich in der verkehrsfreien Innenstadt. Parkmöglichkeiten problemlos in der Nähe. we were there on Sunday to eat.
