"We have eaten in and from this restaurant for many, many years and the food, while a little pricey, is wonderful. However, we find ourselves ordering from it less and less because, the last three times we have, the order has been incorrect. The first...time it happened was earlier on this year, when after waiting over an hour for our order, there were meals missing and meals we had not requested in their place. We rang them to complain, but by the time they brought what we had originally ordered, some of our guests were able to wait any longer due to having other plans. After a few months, we decided to try again for my birthday, but again, the order was incorrect. I received beef instead of chicken with my meal, but after waiting 45 minutes for our delivery, we were all hungry, so I decided to just eat it rather than try and have it changed. I don't particularly like the beef, but it seemed the easiest option. Then two weeks ago, we once again decided to order from them, and once again, the order was incorrect. I love the food, but this has really put us off using the Mandarin City. We have been loyal customers for years, if not decades, and this is so disappointing. The staff are lovely and it's always been a pleasure to go there, so please, Mandarin City, start being reliable again!"
