"We were a group of 9 and they were able to easily accommodate us. If you're American and this is your first time in Europe, there are going to be a few things you're not used to but that are perfectly normal. For example, if they're running low on table space, they will squeeze you in wherever they can, even if it means sharing a table with another party. Service is great but don't expect them to check on you every 5 minutes like they do in the U.S.. Staying 3+ hours is normal and you shouldn't feel rushed to get through your meal. The exact opposite is true, you're pretty much expected to relax, enjoy your food and beer and take your time. Eat slow and don't get stuffed too quickly because the portions are big! Speaking of beer, it's amazing! Quality, delicious, cold beer. Expect nothing less. This place is also kid friendly and they have food that I think most kids would like. We had 4 kids with us and they all ate very well."

"Went to this place based on a friend's recommendation. I was so pleasantly surprised. We ordered several sushi rolls from the extensive menu and all of them very yummy. The only one I didn't care for was the octopus, which I luckily had only ordered one piece of. The service was attentive and quick. We didn't eat any of the non-sushi dishes, but there were many and most of the people around us were eating them and they both looked and smelled fantastic. I found the prices beyond fair, especially by German standards. This place is not one that stands out and it isn't in the center of town, so it is easy to look over, but DON'T. If you're craving tasty sushi that goes easy on your wallet, this is the place for you. I will be back."

"This review is just to confirm that Thai Dat is still a very good option to eat Vietnamese and Thai kitchen. Alway hot meals, a bit cheaper then normal restaurants, but a bit "uncomfortable" but you have to see that it is rather an Imbiss then a restaurant. Special prices for the two dishes of the week or the noodle box. At lunch time beware when school is out!We like it as well in the evening - emptier. Altogether: further improved Service"

"Da Signora is a fantastic little Italian secret, tucked away in the V8 hotel.As a party of three that didn't speak much Italian, the menu was something of a mystery. This was not a problem, the staff have fluent English speakers and will help you chose what to order.The actual menu is quite small, but don't let that put you off. I could not chose anything that I really fancied, so the Maitre d' asked me what sort of things I like and came up with a special which was not on the menu. It was incredible!While this is not a cheap restaurant, it's surprisingly good value. The average price for a starter, main course and drinks will be about €60 a head, but for the quality of the food and service this is a small price to pay.I've eaten all over the world and Da Signora is right up there amongst my favourite restaurants."

"Nice cozy restaurant and beer garden just on the small lake of Boeblingen, the only nice spot in this ugly town. The quality of the food is very good, the service is excellent with a young staff of friendly and smiling people.Prices are absolutely affordable. "The name says everything it wants is a lot. The owner or operator does not know much about the English language, but what is worse in this case, restaurants and food. The interior is a strange mixture of regular contemporary furniture with a series of Buddhas placed around the room. It is neither western nor Asian and the same applies to the menu. There is a Vietnamese Pho, regional dishes, a burger and a would-be American starter of sweet potatoes with maple syrup (the Fritten soggy, we did not finish it). The bowls are another example of Willbe, it is basically a strange combined salad. Obviously they do not know and do not have the trouble to look at what a bowl defines and probably use the name because it is trendy. The Chicken Bowl is iceberg and red endive with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, chicken skewers, advertised as Satay, but neither grilled nor marinated (again, the cook could have to check what Satay is), sweet potatoes (very strange in a salad) with a dressing that could be French. The waiter was very friendly and ready, but confused about the menu and his personal hygiene needs improvement (BO). It was one of the weirdest dinners I ever had."

"also here a bite, on the one-way road to bobling between mcdonalds, aral and burger king. the load brummt. and here the reason: burgers are really class, no comparison to the mentioned chains. like pommes really delicious, not zero eight fuffy. but also the pizzas and pasti very tasty. even if you eat fish with potato salad you do everything right. I've never eaten badly here, always cooked hot and fresh. the prices are moderate / normal. we are sitting? more bad than right, but okay. thought in the container, next open door to the tent also to sit (but there is smoked). the afternoon storm should be avoided! 5 surrounding continuing schools eating orders can lead to stubborn. Apart from that, it's going to be quick. I evaluate the value for money here clearly higher than the ambiente and I recommend it."

"When I was here for the first time, I had some mistrust. Plastic chairs, plastic tables, plastic flowers and plastic decoration maybe plastic dinners? But no, I was very positively disappointed. Large and extensive portions, delicious preparation perhaps for my taste a bit too little seasoned and very fast operation. The food was very cheap, I can't remember that I have more than 10 EUR/person for a complete menu incl. I left a drink and was satt every time. In the courts also the degree of sharpness is indicated, there are many even without sharpness. Attention, very picant means that the eyes jump out and etched a hole in the belly. I'd rather have expected a little sharp under it... In brief: The ambience is little demanding, the food on the contrary. Pickup is also possible."

"at the beginning juli: there was something to celebrate - so early ordered a table. already this went completely, so we were allowed to prefer with an unsightly space in the loudly gigantic passage area. unfortunately we did not follow the first impulse to leave locally. because what came after that can only be described as embarrassing. the relatiw simple dips (burger) came after approx. 45 minutes, when we had decided to go, and we made the same mistake again: these burgers at gourmet prices (12-15€) were not to be overwhelmed and unloved. I could have thrown the money in the mülleimer as well. such dilettantism may be acceptable at a snack bar, where you take the burger past, but it costs only its reasonable 5€. I will certainly not redeem the good certificate handed out by the chef (after I had put him to speak) - in the restaurant that I have ever entered with the most bad place."

"Wir waren etwas überrascht über die Wichtel-Bewertungen hier auf TripAdvisor, da sie unserer Meinung nach in Summe zu schlecht ausfallen. Wir gehen seit ca 1 Jahr im Schnitt alles 14 Tage dort Essen (oder auch mal nur auf ein paar Getränke) dort vorbei und fühlen uns sehr wohl dort. Die Wichtelkuchen sind immer sehr lecker (besonders zu empfehlen: die wechselnden Aktionswichtel) auch das Essen von der Tageskarte hat bisher immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Kritikpunkte: das Brot zum Wurstsalat wird morgens schon komplett aufgeschnitten und ist daher meist recht trocken (wird auf Nachfrage ausgetauscht). Eine der Kellnerinnen ist eher unfreundlich, sie ist aber die Ausnahme im Team"

"Very centrally located at the exit road to Sindelfingen, not far from the railway station and highway. Some parking spaces are available along the street. In the premises of the former “Culisse” a completely new gastro concept now resides: open-minded, Mediterranean, light cuisine, many cocktails. In summer you sit very nicely in the outside lounge area with rattan furniture and lying landscapes. I personally recommend Vegi Pizza (approx. 7 Euro) very juicy, with onions, rocket and pepper. Of the red wines I love the Chilean, mainly the Cabernet Carmenere, which is not quite cheap at 5,80 to 0,2 liters."

"Waren an einem Sonntag-Nachmittag in dem Eiscafé um je eine Kugel Eis zu kaufen. Nach längerer Wartezeit wurden wir dann auch bedient. Währenddessen schnauzt die Bedienung auf einmal einen weiteren Gast an der mit einem Handy hantierte - er solle keine Fotos machen! Jener hatte nur Nachrichten geschrieben und fühlte sich zurecht angegriffen. Ein weiterer Kellner kam hinzu und ging den Gast ebenfalls unfreundlich an. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit war die Stimmung gekippt....Das Eis war auch nichts besonderes, viel zu wässrig. Fazit: Nie wieder!!!"

"The service team at Platzhirsch is first rate. Tonya and Gabi are friendly and professional--treating guests as family. The bartender was kept constantly busy, but not so busy she didn't provide friendly conversation to the guests. The meals are exceptional. This is a place you can bring out of town guests and feel confident that the experience will exceed expectations. There is plenty of parking if you come into the area from the rear of the property and walk through the brewery parking lot to the 'tor' onto the main street. The walk is fewer than five minutes. I started with the pumpkin cream soup (excellent) and enjoyed the Ganzekeule (goose leg) in preparation for Saint Martin's Day and the season of Goose meals in Germany. One caution...plan ahead and make a reservation. The locals have made this a favorite place to eat. The management is exceptional."

"we were too gassed on a Saturday evening to test the new "hot-pot conveyor" restaurant advertised in the presse. 1.5 hours in well-stocked locally offered. In the middle of the table there is a heating element for the pot (hot pot) which is divided into two chambers. one contains a neutral suppe, the other chamber a sharp suppe. In addition, soy sauce and a fish sauce are added. as a supplement there is rice.Besides the table runs the conveyor belt, as you also know from sushi restaurants. there are some different sorts of meat (both, bark, lamb, chicken and brain), fish (tint fish, sea salmon), noodles, tofu and a little vegetables.You can now take any items from the conveyor belt and tilt them into the top. after a few seconds you can then draw the finished pieces from the top and eat.Everything on the conveyor belt works so well. a manko for me was that there was little change. it came to the example very hard tinted fish, but only two times within 1.5 hours champignons. pork came no more after half an hour. the selection of vegetables is unfortunately also limited, somewhat salat and occasionally somewhat brokkoli and cauliflower. Nevertheless, the quality of the ingredients and the concept of fresh preparation is good at the table.Principle is all designed as "All-you-can-eat", with the first drink included in the 20€ per person. in my opinion, the price is o.k, but the variety should be somewhat larger.As a final recommendation, you can only say: try yourself, but do not forget to book (especially at the weekend)."

"first I found the place small, but when I entered him, he was already taken by an atmosphere. the Hungarian music, the friendly, family facility, the perfect charm of the local, I was looking forward to eating. the taste of hortobágyer pancake in my mouth. everything went after my expectations. the wee are excellent, which is why it is worth visiting. eating is fresh and its taste is particularly good. it did not bring back the memory of the old heavy Hungarian food. "Super schöne Location, nettes und aufmerksames Personal und wirklich leckeres Essen. Wir waren schon öfter hier - im Sommer auf der Terrasse ist es einfach klasse. Heute war es allerdings eine Enttäuschung. Bereits um 19.30 Uhr war die Spezialität des Hauses "Pinsa Romana" ausverkauft (ich habe wirklich viel Verständnis für frisches Essen, Qualität, und so weiter, aber lieber habe ich als Koch am Ende des Abends 5 Portionen Teig übrig, als Gästen zu sagen, dass es das Essen nicht mehr gibt....). Alternativ habe ich dann einen Mexikanischen Rote Beete Salat für 13 Euro bestellt. Leider wurden meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Es kam ein überschaubarer Salat mit einem Klecks Avocado und drei Garnelen, ein wenig geraspelte Rote Beete und ohne die beschriebenen Gurken und Zwiebeln. Die Nachfrage des Services erbrachte uns zwei lange Diskussionen, am Ende wurde uns ein Espresso angeboten. Der bereitgestellte Brotkorb enthielt zwei kleine Scheiben Bauernbrot und viele Scheiben Brot mit Nüssen - wie mir auf Anfrage mitgeteilt wurde - (die ich aufgrund einer Nussallergie, was nichts aussergewöhnliches ist) leider nicht essen kann. Bedauerlicherweise wurde mir nicht angeboten, das Brot auszutauschen. In einem Lokal dieser Preisklasse hätte ich das evtl. erwartet. Ich bin immer sehr gerne dort hin gegangen, deshalb weiss ich im Moment nicht, wie ich mit den Erlebnissen des heutigen Abends umgehen werde."

"When your wife craves Thai in Germany, this is where you take her. I've been to this place twice now and although it's not 100% to what I'm accustom to with regards to the flavors I have come to expect with Thai restaurants in America, it still comes pretty close to my flavor preference. But remember, flavor profiles change regionally so if you're very picky, this might not cut it for you. We've been to this place twice in a week now and have not been disappointed. Service can get a big slow because it gets BUSY really quick and it's mostly Americans from the local base who don't speak much German. My go-to is the chicken satay and the vegetable spring rolls. The soups are on point (try the hot sour with coconut and chicken or the glass noodles with chicken). The portions for the mains are large, I can generally eat a lot, but after a couple apps split with the wife, I barely made it though my portion and she only made it through 1/4 of hers. So plan to share if you can because remember, you can always order more! I haven't tried the desserts here as we're generally really full at the end of the apps and mains, but I plan to in the near future."
