"Pedro's now charge £9.00 for a pretty basic breakfast, recently increasing it from £7.50. You can get a better breakfast at The Beaten Docket (just a few minutes walk away from Pedro's) for £5 35 as long as you order before 11:30. Cricklewood is fairly down trodden area, and restaurants which charge too much just won't survive there."

"I would not recommend this restaurant for their fish. I ordered a large fish but received a small one after paying £6. When I called to inquire about my order, I was told they would weigh it, but it turned out to be a small fish from a different fish and chip shop. The person who answered the phone seemed hesitant to lose customers, even if they were new. It's surprising that they have received awards for their customer service, as my experience was far from excellent. I will not be returning to this establishment. I suggest trying out other fish and chip shops in the area for better quality and service."

"We asked to change the food that they served us because it was simply inedible, the kebab was not only old and rotten the rice was also smelly possibly from the previous day. The waiter grabbed a spoon tasted the food twice without our permission and put the same spoon back into the food plate from his mouth, slammed the plate on the table saying he served everybody with the same quality food all day and it’s fine no need to change it, totally unhygienic and unprofessional also disrespectful/rude. People who go into Woody Grill Kilburn brunch should expect the worst while entering, I promise 90% you’ll come out disappointed."

"We were going to eat in Queensway wanted some Thai food, looked at the crazy prices so looked on google they showed this place. jumped on the bus and wow so glad we did. Don't go by your first thoughts when you arrive. we arrived...to find the place full, with several standing to collect take away orders. A chap as were we eating and said downstairs plenty of room. We were slightly hesitant, its not the Ritz by any standard but again we went to eat Thai food and so we ordered. The best Ive tasted in a very long time, you can see the staff cooking. There were seven all very busy cooking different dishes. Our food arrived plenty of it with huge prawns, lovely sticky rice. prawn rolls and cans of tango (The do not serve alcohol) Bill was fabulous value good staff. will go again. Again don't be put off by the decorations, your there to eat"

"Our relatives recommended this restaurant and said the lobsters are very nice. So we spent £50-60 on a lobster dish. Talk about con or what! Yes, there were the usual claws and head. But for the body/tail section, they only gave us 4 tiny pieces. We complaint to their managers saying there must be more than 4 tiny pieces. But they told us they gave us the whole lobster. Which can't be true. When the tiny body/tail pieces were put together with the head and claws, it did not make up to a full lobster. But they refused to acknowledge this and refused to apologize. We've had lobsters in many other restaurants, this had to be the absolute worst and complete rip off. Never going back there again! And definitely won't recommend anyone to go!"

"I have visited this restaurant over 30 times and there have been very few occasions that the staff have not been rude to either myself or to other customers in the restaurant. I have seen and many of my friends who have visited the restaurant have also seen that they put more time and effort and are more polite when serving white customers than the other indians in the restaurant. Although the food is tasty, they have overcharged us many times. The waiters are very friendly and as helpful as can be but the people who own the restaurant and answer the phone have a very bad attitude. If you are going to visit the restaurant be sure to check the double check the bill before paying."

"I rented out the private room at Alice House for my birthday celebration last weekend, and the booking process was quick and easy. The room was the perfect size for a private party and I was able to decorate it however I liked, with the only restriction being no confetti, which was not a problem. I brought all my decorations and was given an hour before my booking to set up with friends. We were able to play our own music in the room, and the customer service provided by Karolina was exceptional. She and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the night. The bar staff even made custom cocktails for my friends upon request, which was a nice touch. I had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for an amazing night!"
"I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Palm Beach restaurant in Wembley and I must say that it was a truly delightful experience. The restaurant not only has a lovely atmosphere, but the food was also delicious and presented beautifully. What made the experience even better was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the entire evening. Overall, I highly recommend the Palm Beach restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience in Wembley. The food, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional and I cannot speak highly enough of this restaurant. If you're looking for a great place to dine, this is definitely one to consider!"

"We arrived the day before a concert at Wembley Stadium, and decided to go out for a meal. Although this place looks a little tired on the outside, we looked in, and it looked interesting. The menu also looked very appealing, so we decided to...go in for a meal. It says something for the quality of Indian food, when the majority of the clientele were Indian. We got chatting to a man at the next table, and he helped us with the menu. I had a mushroom in ginger and garlic starter, which was amazing, but very hot. We then had Lamb Rogan Josh, and Chicken Masala, which were both lovely. The bill was less than we expected, for this standard of food. If we go to Wembley again, we will certainly use this restaurant."

"So I did Ping Pong twice in a week. Once with a friend because it was local (St Paul's) and second, because I was at Wembley for a concert and it was the one with the smallest queue. Ping Pong has never really been a draw for me in the past, its never been a case of I MUST GO THERE. I have passed it several times when in Westfield Stratford and settled on Bumpkin, Busaba Eathai, even TGI Friday's. I am starting to come around to dim sum. With recent visits to Hakkasan, Bintang and Mama Lan, these tasty Chinese style bite sized pockets of goodness are growing on me. Ping Pong spaces are always quite big. I love the dark wood and rich chocolately interior. I live for the island seating, watching the Chefs do their thing (not at all locations). For now, I will focus on Wembley, simply because I was impressed with the seamless service regardless of the fact that it was mad busy with concert goers everywhere. We queued for 45 minutes which is to be expected with 65,000 people in the area. This was made up of actually standing in the queue and then having a drink at the bar. The system they have is good, they take your mobile and call you when your table is ready. This is the only way for them to successfully navigate through the traffic of bar customers and queuing hungry people. At the bar, my only negative so far was that the wine was not chilled so we needed ice. Diluted wine is not a good thing. Once we were sat, our waitress was unaffected by the demanding clientele in her section, was chirpy and attentive. The sequence of service was flawless. Drinks arrived promptly, food arrived as it was ready. The food was good. All the staff floated around the room, appearing to be in control. If there was tension, I could not see it. This site is obviously built for volume on days like this and they have the right team to facilitate it. In terms of food, I will amalgamate both dining experiences as they were on par. We went all out ordering duck spring rolls, prawn on toast with mango salsa and soft shell crab. There was also prawn and chive dumplings, I had black prawn dumpling. Honeyed chicken and mushroom rice pot and vegetable sticky rice completed the banquet. I think that Ping Pong lends itself well to sharing. There is so much goodness, it would be rude not to share. I will continue my dim sum journey and if Ping Pong happens to be in the vicinity, it will certainly be considered for another visit."

"I love this cafe, everything is amazing. I didn't feel like paying £9 every morning at Premier Inn, and this is about 10 seconds from there. Beans on Toast and a brew for less than £3?! You literally can't go wrong! I was here every morning last week and also had an evening meal here, the portions are a good size and you won't be left hungry at all. Every time the food was beautiful, staff were lovely and the service super quick and efficient. I would highly recommend to anyone as you won't be disappointed! Thank you for feeding me all week :"

"Everything else around Queensbury was closed for lunch August bank holiday Monday ..... except Everest Spice. So pre-footie lunch it was there then, and we were not disappointed. Succulent mixed kebabs and lamb chops, delicious tandoori roti, cooked to perfection chicken wings. And all with great service, and in a cool refreshing immaculately presented sports bar/pub atmosphere. Just the right start! Shall definitely come here again soon pre-match, or even just for a weekend lunch."

"my mother and daughter came to wembley to go to the Dosa Express, but unfortunately there was a huge snake out there. also the other restaurant in south Indian was too busy so we went to this restaurant with the becuase, it was windy and my...Mum is 70 and could not go very far. the tables were occupied with customers waiting for them to eat. a worker approached us about 5-7 minutes later and cleaned the table. At first no menus were bought to table, I had to ask for them what was only a menu. we have decided what we wanted and ordered only when the personal said there are no chats at the moment. I feel that customers should be informed when arrived at the door as my daughter chat and pani puri wanted. around us were families that were very excited and curious about their order. behind us the family told us that everyone waited for a long time, about 1 1/2 hours. we decided to order the starter. paneer tikka was very mild, without taste only red chili curcuma and coriander power, which was roasted. crispy bindi was only tasted. there were no plates given while that came, we asked for popadum while we wait, but only have one. we decided that we do not wait for the main page and decided to set the bill. only 3 employees a family canceled 2 dishes, as they could not wait. overall I will not go back because service and quality of food was bad. they need to improve their communication level between them and offer more services when they are opening up in this pandemic and recruiting more employees."

"Awful, delivery nearly 45mins late, turned up stone cold. Missing items. Sent the food back. Calling the restaurant for over an hour, busy tone, obviously the phone is off the hook. Ordered at 6.30pm it is now 9.10pm. Ridiculous, they obviously have not heard of communication. Disgusted. The Kingsbury branch is superb will never order from the Wembley branch again. Also does your driver know there's a pandemic, its supposed to be contactless delivery and stay 2m apart."

"Da fuori non gli dai due lire ma se vai oltre al primo sguardo scopri una pizza buona come in una vera pizzeria in Italia. Alcune pizze hanno accostamenti di ingredienti quantomeno strani, perché ovviamente devono accontentare i gusti dei londinesi, ma si possono tranquillamente ordinare pizze classiche come una Margherita o una Diavola davvero eccellenti"

"Came here after ages. Nice branch. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Good service and they had air conditioning on a hot day! You know the menu, pizza, salads, dessert and more! There are not many choices for those who want a pasta. If you do, go elsewhere. A nice variety for those on a vegetarian or vegan diet plus they display nutritional information which is helpful. I had the Leggera Pollo ad Astra. I like the Leggera range which is low calorie and light so you still enjoy a pizza but with less dough and you have salad! A pizza with a hole in the middle. I say salad but it was just rocket leaves, but this was fine. To drink I had a Coca-Cola Zero Sugar. Couldn't fault it. Perfectly made, fresh and presented nicely. I liked the side dressing for the salad too. I asked for just a little ice with my drink and got exactly what I wanted. Can't complain. Clean branch. Half full late afternoon on a Sunday. Staff were attentive and nice, yet at the same time, they allowed diners to eat in peace."

"We have been to the Blackhorse Wembley several times including on Mother’s Day and loved the food and the reasonable price. Therefore, we willingly decided to book this pub for our Christmas Day lunch. We were a party of 6: 4 adults and 2 children (4 7). My husband and the kids arrived first then the other adults arrived a bit later. We were seated at a nice, cosy part of the pub and then ordered drinks from the bar. After sitting for a while no one came to our table so I had to politely ask the waitress to get our order, emphasising for the waitress to bring out the starter and the main at the same time for my 4 year old. So we patiently waited for our starters noting that all the other tables were having at least a starter or their main. After about 20 minutes I asked one of the waitresses about our order and said she would find out. To my surprise rather than communicating to me what was going on she brought more food to the other tables so had to wait another 20 minutes. By that time my two kids were starting to get upset and hungry. So I enquired that we are still waiting for our starters and to my amazement I was told that there was food waiting to be served and it was a case of first come first served. This did not make sense, otherwise why have a booking system as people would just turn up. After about another 15 minutes we still did not receive our meal so I enquired again and was advised that our order will be ready soon. After yet another lengthy wait and feeling exasperated I spoke to the manager and was surprised that even our starters had not arrived. Eventually we received our starters after an 1 hour 15 mins of waiting. Things did not get any better when we again had to wait for another 30 mins for our main meal. By this time we were all frustrated and stressed out by and did not fully enjoy our meal due to the disproportionate and poor communication. After the meal I went to the manager to get an ice lolly for my son and relayed the excessive delay to the manager who did not apologise but merely stated that the kitchen staff were working as hard as they could. I appreciate that as it was Christmas it was busy but to wait for over an hour is wholly unacceptable and unfortunately was one of the last memory of the day. Even my 4 year old son gave it the thumbs down. A very dissapointing conclusion to what was a very good Christmas up to the waiting for our meals. This year I would rather stress out in the kitchen cooking Christmas dinner rather than going to pub for Christmas. Please note before writing my review on Trip advisor I emailed the Blackhorse pub twice relaying the above and on both occasions did not receive any response. Sums up the lack of customer care that this pub has for its customers. Very disappointed!"

"We went for dinner last weekend. We had Booked a table so waited for 10 min and then seated on the top floor where it was empty. Within 15 mins all the tables were taken( No social distancing whatsoever) !! Our orders were taken and we waited for an hour and still no food! All the people who arrived after us had almost eaten! So my husband went to ask what’s happening and was told we are very busy! And trying our best! If you can’t wait shrugging is shoulders, The manager who had a pony tail , very rude , goes to the waitress cancel their order, cancel it!! Honestly speaking and not because of their Awful experience I went to the rest room when we got there OMG the smell, flies everywhere! and the condition of the toilets were filthy! That when I got back to my table and saw that they had served complimentary salad I couldn’t bring myself to eat it! In these times of Covid where hygiene levels need to be on top of your priority the restaurant Hygiene was awful. The Manager does not care at all! They only care about quick money! I just wish I had taken photos!!"
