Pizza Express Wembley

Was very pleased with the food and drink and service here, the waitress was friendly and efficient, and we didn't have to wait too long for our food, which was also excellent.

The service at the restaurant was quite good, however, I was very disappointed with the Caesar salad I ordered. Firstly, there was no dressing, and secondly, there was fish in it, which was unexpected and undesirable.

Salad Nicoise was a total washout. No anchovies, no capers, no beans, no dough balls or other bread, overcooked cold egg, cold potato, boring lettuce, I will never order this again. It used yo be good enough, but this miserable assembly almost ruined the excellent music. Visualizza piatti

Staff oblivious to customers Do not know how the app or offers work. Confusing messages Poor management Poor communication skills No customer care. Plus side food was ok. However mains come first and starters last.. pointless.. Avoid, there are better places in the outlet to eat than here.

Very busy night as there was a concert at the Stadium. The staff were working really hard to get everyone queuing was seated given they had not accepted any bookings up front. The kitchen was overworked but the food still came out within the 1 hour time I was told the wait would be. I think a really good job was done to staff up appropriately and ensure that service was the best it could be under the circumstances. Well done Wembley. Visualizza piatti

The service was incredibly slow and the restaurant was not even busy. The pizzas lacked toppings and it seemed like they were cutting back, despite charging higher prices. There was no Parmesan or Tabasco sauce available. I couldn't understand why the Legara pizza was more expensive than the classic when it had a hole in the middle and minimal toppings. I used to be a fan of this restaurant and have been going for years, but I have been disappointed by the decline in quality. I will now choose to support local businesses instead of Pizza Express.

My girlfriend and I visited on the 25th and were served by the amazing Eduardo. His exceptional service surpassed all expectations. When he greeted us, he was friendly and introduced himself, which was a nice touch. We kept our order simple with 2 margarita pizzas, but with a twist - one classic and one Romana. Eduardo kept us updated on our order, and when the pizzas arrived, we were thrilled. The crispy crust, juicy sauce, and perfect cheese made it a delightful meal. Eduardo is a valuable asset to the Pizza Express franchise and should be highly valued.

Came here after ages. Nice branch. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Good service and they had air conditioning on a hot day! You know the menu, pizza, salads, dessert and more! There are not many choices for those who want a pasta. If you do, go elsewhere. A nice variety for those on a vegetarian or vegan diet plus they display nutritional information which is helpful. I had the Leggera Pollo ad Astra. I like the Leggera range which is low calorie and light so you still enjoy a pizza but with less dough and you have salad! A pizza with a hole in the middle. I say salad but it was just rocket leaves, but this was fine. To drink I had a Coca-Cola Zero Sugar. Couldn't fault it. Perfectly made,... Visualizza piatti
