"SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.... Where to begin... we went for a birthday bottomless brunch, to be served a cuarter chicken on cabbage for breakfast, no menu, no options, and then had to wait an hour until the bottomless cocktails began. We were given NO OPTION OF COCKTAIL but told instead what the cocktail of the day was and we were poured this buffet style in a jug. Had to keep asking for the non alcoholic version for the non drinker in our group, making them feel forgotten about constantly. The show it self was mediocre- lip sync and a bit of dancing, hardly what i would call a show and then to top it off, the last hour or more was KARAOKE with members of the audience, i mean, paying to entertain yourself is hardly a show. It was hugely dissapoiting and the best bit was the service charge that included the fee of the tickets we had already paid, just as an idea service charge alone including and added fee of mandatory £2 per head fee was over £40... there were four of us and we spent over £100 each including tickets for this event. Quite frankly it was an absolute shambles of a misleading, underwhelming, made to seem top tier event that merely scrapes the surface. We attended Brighton Proud, and im sure there are many others in Brighton that could give you alot more for what they are charging you. Please read the reviews as we all wish we had beforehand, we didn't as this was a well known chain to us and have many great events in the London Proud venue, but it seems their quality has definitely lowered. Complete scam, sent them 2 emails and no response at all, so leaving this review instead."

"Arrived in Brighton for the day brought my friend to the famous ice cream place Came here 10 years ago with my family. I walked for 40 minutes in the rain with my friend! The weather was very bad When we arrived we both ordered a ice cream. Asked if we was allowed to sit down just for 5 minutes to rest after pur long walk and was soaking wet in the rain. We was both very tied and we was in our early 70s The young girl behide the counter said it wasn't allowed I explained we had walked here for 40 min in the rain just wanted to rest . I asked to speak to the manager surely it would be good will to allow us to sit for 5 minutes The restaurant was empty all the tables was empty . The lady in charge said no I thought it was very bad manners and bad customer service considering that we was elderly. I am discussed in the way we was both treated. I don't wish that on anyone to be treated like this. I felt embarrassed. I will never visit there again, and would not be recommen this to any of my friends or family . There was a family sitting in there eating their icecreams With their two young children The girls was 10 or older They had finish eating The parents didn't evern offer us to sit down for few minutes Evern though the two girls had finish eating. If that was me I would told my two girls to stand to let two elderly ladies sit just for 5 minutes. Again people with no manners What is the world coming to where some people show no respect. I always believe to be kind and always offer your seat to a person who most needs it. I don't blame the young girls I blame the parents who have bad manners who havent taught them the right ways ."

"Entering you get to the bar (where you have to order and pay everything) and some stools; the next room is more private, just a few tables and dim light; the last room is spacious with many tables, high ceilings and the kitchen. There are about twenty pizzas on the menu, only four of which are vegan. Two different sizes, whereby the large one is a proper size for one person and the small one only for those who are not really hungry (I have seen some of the small ones being served). There is a huge range of beers, however only few are vegan. So I had a delicious pizza and two different beers. They probably use Daiya cheese (or at least one that tasts almost the same). It was pretty awesome to tell you the truth. Apart from that there is a great atmosphere, great vibes, awesome staff and good music. I loved the decoration (although they were trying a bit to hard maybe to be fair). On the other side the waiting time was pretty long, maybe half an hour or even longer for a pizza. Also the beers were really expensive; more than five pounds for a small beer in a bottle that's almost daylight robbery. And not even all were imported. I don't know about the draught beer though; only one out of five or six was vegan, but I didn't try it. It's definitely a legit place to hang out, but the prices (for drinks) can become fancy for the night. Also, better come with something to slip on as it can be pretty chilly in there. I'd love to give a better rating, but the shady side is too obvious."
