"Una pequeña tienda a la que le vendría bien un arreglo visual. Pero la comida y el servicio son mucho más importantes. Y ambos merecen 5 estrellas. El camarero/empleado de servicio Sahil es un joven extremadamente amable y educado que intenta cumplir todos los deseos, siempre está de buen humor y también busca el contacto con los invitados. La comida no está espectacularmente preparada pero sabe aún mejor y ¡muy buena! Comimos aquí cuatro veces durante nuestras vacaciones de 14 días y probamos varios platos... todo sabía fantástico y excelente. Todo está recién preparado y perfectamente condimentado. Ya sea muy picante o algo más suave... ¡hay algo para cada paladar! Si pasa por aquí, no debe esperar un restaurante sofisticado y elegante. Todo el mundo debe tener claro esto. Pero si quieres disfrutar de una cocina india realmente deliciosa y dejarte mimar por el camarero Sahil, ¡este es el lugar adecuado para ti! "Absolutely loved this place. Authentic Spanish Tapas were delicious, we ordered 9 and it was way too many for two. The lovely lady who served us gave us a doggy bag to take back with us. "Bonita y pequeña tienda al lado de un gran aparcamiento con precios poco atractivos que combinan con los platos. Propietario/servicio muy amable. Estuvimos allí un sábado a la hora del almuerzo con dos niños pequeños y comimos sándwiches y pastel. Todos disfrutamos de la comida. Si no hubiéramos estado de paso, sin duda volveríamos aquí. ¡Recomendación clara de mi parte!"

"The Bon Sol is on a hilly slope over three buildings with a good lift system for the less mobile. There are not many external bars and restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel has two nice bar areas, one by the pool and one in the top, main building. It has a formal restaurant and an informal coast restaurant. The coast bay is very small and private. Neither hotel restaurant was great for vegetarians and there is no offer to do something special. The only Pizza for us was Margarita. We asked for vegetables on it but everything is standard with no offer to adapt. The formal restaurant was just ‘take off the meat and fish and have what is left.’ Ie salmon and melon “we can remove the salmon for you.” There is a buffet salad bar but often the bowls were empty when we got there around 8.30 9pm. No one offering to replenish. The food we did have in the hotel was quite nice. Breakfast was busy and again things had often got low with no replenishment. There are two lovely external, coastal restaurants nearby. Just a medium walk around to the next bay. Not much else in the way of bars and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. They can’t order you a taxi anywhere unless you are going to the airport. Not sure why this is. They can’t order you one for a specific time. They said it was hard to get through on the phone and one would come when it felt like it but not for a specific time. The hotel is celebrating 70 years. It’s a nice old building. There is some beautiful art work on the walls. They have lots of returning guests. We paid extra for a large suite. We had most things we needed. They don’t supply drinking water for the room, after the first bottle. We bought from a local supermarket. The shaded swimming pool is cold. The smaller heated pool has a few always full sun beds around it but no nearby bar. The evening bar staff are lovely. And good at cocktails. Thank you gentlemen!!! Xx Overall, older people seemed to love this hotel and it has an old fashioned air about it. This is a quirky and characterful hotel. Thank you for a nice stay."

"Mis colegas y yo estuvimos 10 días en Peguera y cenamos todas las noches en Poppins. Solo puedo decir gracias a todo el personal que nos acogió y trató muy bien. La comida era buena, variada y super abundante. "Uno de nuestros restaurantes favoritos en toda la isla. Comida sabrosa y recomiendo menú de mediodía que cuesta menos de 30€ los tres platos. Caro por la noche a la carta pero ¿a quién le importa? Mímense. El propietario tiene una sonrisa encantadora y un encanto que la complementa. El personal no podría esforzarse más para que su comida sea placentera y el entorno es perfecto. "Quite simply, this is the best bar in Magaluf. The welcome is second to none Clem and his team are the friendliest around. They made us feel special on Day 1 and we revisited every day for the rest of the week. The drinks range is excellent and value for money; the food is just what you need at lunchtime and home made; the music is fantastic and the entertainment you need is on tap all the football plus darts and pool. Cocktails were lovely as was the way Clem marked our 30th wedding anniversary with Sangria. Please make sure you pop to see Clem and the family whilst in Magaluf you will not regret it! Keep up the excellent work, Clem!"

"The restaurant doesn't look that pretty from the outside but sitting on the terrace is still nice and cosy. There are lots of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu and lots of options for rice or bread as a side dish. I really loved the food and taking it with a medium hotness was perfect. The waiter was really friendly and nice and the food was out very quick. We enjoyed it so much that we came back for a second time and I am now hooked on Indian food ;"

"It would be very easy to walk past thinking this will be over priced don’t it isn’t. What you get is a simple yet sophisticated menu of imaginative food that comes well cooked and beautifully presented. My only com Laing would be that the salmon wrap my gf chose was really enough for two particularly as it came with a portion of beautifully cooked chips. It really made the pitta and hummus that I ordered superfluous, it was nonetheless beautifully served with a nice jar of crudités. The house wine is good and served at the right temperature. Service is excellent as one would expect of a good hotel such as this, the price however somewhat less than anticipated."

"La comida era buena y los precios son razonables (quizás un poco caros). Lamentablemente el servicio dejó mucho que desear. Nuestra mesa no estaba despejada a pesar de que estuvimos sentados durante mucho tiempo y tuvimos que pedir la factura tres veces antes de que nos la trajeran. Para empeorar las cosas, tuvimos que preguntarle a la camarera y luego crear la factura manualmente usando una calculadora. Fue un poco caótico y parecía poco profesional. "If looking for a typical Menu del Dia, this is probably the best is Palmanova. A bit away from the tourist hub but worth the walk and the number of locals eating there tells the story. I enjoyed a lentil stew to start, followed by sea bass and then tiramisu, with a bottle of house wine, all for €13.90. Menu is in Spanish so you might need Google to help! Food was very good, service was fast and friendly, and value for money was excellent. Don’t forget to ask for a Carrillo afterwards coffee with brandy. Very good experience all round."

"Best tapas experience we’ve had in Peguera. Lovely setting. This place is a little bit different and more authentic. The menu was a little tricky to navigate but after that everything was amazing. Bread came first very tasty with olives(so sweet), tapenade, beetrrt tapenade and aioli. This was tasty so I knew the rest would be good. We ordered five The tortilla was excellent very flavoursome. Prawns in spicy lobster sauce was delicious and a little bit more sophisticated than the usual gambas pilpil on offer everywhere else. Patatas bravas husband thought it was the best bravas sauce he’d ever had. Beetroot and goats cheese was delicious. Finally the tomato stuffed with vegetables and Parmesan was super tasty. We were lucky as it was early they found us space without us booking but I would recommend booking if you’re going later than seven pm. Thank you for a delicious dinner."
