"I decided to stop by for a coffee on a rainy afternoon. The flat white I ordered was truly exceptional, one of the best I've had in a long time. The service was friendly and welcoming. While I didn't try any food, the cakes on display looked delicious. Thank you."

"Was on the phone about to complete a over £60 food order for Christmas and was told that my card wasn’t working more than once, even though I’ve been using my card all day, your machine is broke, not my card. Then was asked if I would like to buy prawn crackers, I said “don’t they come with it?” Oh ok we can give you prawn crackers but it will be a small bag. How very kind, on the verge of dropping £70 on food and juice and was still expecting to pay for a large bag of prawn crackers. I stay around the corner from this place and have been using it on the regular, and the last couple of times at Christmas to. You’ve lost a customer for life, not that you’ll care."

"Absoutley thrilling experience at the station bar I didn't eat the food as I indulge in the belief eating is cheating, Me and my group of friends used it as our meeting point of choice on a mission to get out of our breasts as quickly as possible before hitting the town doing lines and shagging 9's. It was that great an experience one of the members of the group even breached his tag to stay out longer! Would highly reccomend coming to this establishment with its hand drier in the mens room which hangs of the wall and flops from side to side to make drying your hands that much more of a challenge.. everyone loves a challgange don't they) or the strawberry daquiris you need a spoon "

"my first visit and definitiw my last visit to the royal garden chinese in bishopbriggs my meal was about the worst Chinese meals I ever had and the most expensive I suspect that when we arrived on a Saturday night and there were only people in the whole restaurant should let us think twice about this when I was paid my bill I was asked to get a meal from the school. this is the first time that I went out of my way to review a restaurant, but it was so poor I felt that it was my duty to inform other potential customers what to expect worst ever chinese wont be back!"

"Called to book table for 7pm was advised really busy so earliest could do was 8pm, arrived and restaurant was very quiet only 3/4 tables full. We had done buffet deal, waiter was excellent very friendly and helpful. At 8:53 we were advised buffet was going off and asked if we had our main meal asked if this was ending? Was told yes due temperature and no fresh put out (food not issue we jus felt rushed, Then hoovering etc started around 9pm…….. staff were cleaning around us, when highlighted to us gave different closing times of 11pm but then stated 10:30 would be better for them (we had purchased drinks tokens which hadn’t been used we had went for family evening out but full time felt rushed, as if we were an inconvenience not paying customers. I feel we should have been told this information at time booking as we then possible would made different plans won’t be returning anytime soon."

"telephoned to order something and said it would be 45 minutes to deliver. waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and called back to ask if it was on the way- was said it would be next to the delivery. 40 minutes later, when they did not arrive, they were called back and said they would talk to the kitchen and see if they could do it in 20 minutes. obviously it was never ordered first, and despite the request for the delay that it was made, the order was canceled after he waited almost two hours at not even so much apology much competition in kirky, so would recommend going elsewhere as I will be."

"The food is tasty and when I asked for a specific desert the server actually told me there was none left but they would make me one fresh. It was delicious and I appreciated the gesture also. We turned up 5 minutes before our booking and were told the table wasn't ready and to wait. When we returned to the front desk the queues was all the way across the floor. I went up to a server and advised we had a booking and she advised so did everyone else in the queue, it was quite rude but also made no sense... there was not enough tables to seat everyone there . There was no way we had all made a booking or would be getting seated at the booked time. I pushed back and ultimately we received a table... but if I hadn't we would have had to wait in the queue for a very long time which would not have been great and is probably what happened to everyone else standing. I would return but the service isn't great. The food makes up for it."
