"I stumbled upon this restaurant around 11:30 as they were closing, but the chef was kind enough to make me some chicken soup, chicken noodles, and rice for takeaway. Even the vegetable and tofu noodles were delicious. My partner and I consider ourselves to be tough critics when it comes to Chinese food, but we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing flavors. We have been living in London for the past 10-15 years and can confidently say that this restaurant serves some outstanding food that is fresh and hygienic. The prices are reasonable for the generous portions, and the chef is very friendly and works hard to cater to your taste preferences. Although we were only in Plymouth for the weekend and may not have the chance to return, I did suggest to the chef that they should consider opening a new takeaway in London."

"The restaurant is a beautiful, cozy, relaxed, trendy, and welcoming place. The flat white was strong and tasty, and the butter was delicious! "I visited this restaurant to try the food and initially had a negative impression due to its small size. However, when the food arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. I have never had such delicious food in the UK before. Impressed, I hired them for my daughter's mehndi ceremony at a hotel in Slough for 200 guests, who were all amazed by the quality and taste of the food. I plan to return tomorrow with my family to try more of their wonderful dishes such as malai boti, dam ka qeema, achari, halwa puri, and chaney. "I was so pleased at how quickly they delivered and the staff taking the order. However, I now know why! They can surely not be doing very much business as the food was swimming in sauce. There was only 7 bits of meat (small as well! In each of the items I ordered (lamb Goan and chicken balti . The sauce was fine, and that's just it! FINE! BUT, the meat on the lamb was covered in salt. I have not tried the chicken yet but I imagine it will be the same. Then there is the rice (pilau . Poor quality is an under statement. Not what I would expect for basmati rice. I know as I lived in Hong Kong for over 25 years and rice is my form of carbs. We had many Indian restaurants out there and as it was back then, part of the british empire. Hence, the not adapted to UK standards. A true Indian (one of my school friends would not consider it good. This meal cost me £16.70! I would have better spent my money on a ding, ding microwave meal on one of Tesco's finest curry meals ,(also, not that great either but value wise would have been a better option . Please do not confuse this place (takeaway to the old Gandhi Restaurant which used to be in Cosham High Street. It was very good when I used to go there but it has since closed. A"

"The food was delivered promptly and the cake was warm. The Cheese Chest Pizza was presented beautifully. Papa John's included some tasty poppers. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate brownies for dessert. The fresh dough pizza had a great flavor. The updated look of the restaurant added to the charm of Shinfield Road."

"Can't fault it. The waitress was sweet, patient and helpful. The meal, well, I didn't expect it but it was delicious. I had crispy duck. Duck is not usually my thing. However, I fancied something different. I have no regrets. Tasted so good. The duck was crispy indeed, the sweet potatoes were yummy, the egg was runny and delicious, the spinach made me want to become Popeye. So, so good. Highly recommended. It's a shame they don't do buy one get one free. Even the non alcoholic Orchard Sunrise drink was tasty. Well done Black Penny."

"I'm not kidding when I say that this is one of the best places I've ordered food from. Yes, the food was about 4 or 5 minutes late, but it was absolutely delicious. There are no other words to describe how wonderful it is. I would recommend that everyone try ordering from here. The prices are fair for the quality and the service is friendly. I even went back to tell them that I want to come in and shake the chef's hand. Definitely my number one choice for takeout in Nottingham."

"I ordered two calzones from this restaurant and had to walk 5 minutes up the road to pick them up. When I checked them with a food probe, they were only 32 degrees and cold. I called the restaurant and my wife went back to exchange them. The girl behind the counter said she would make us two more, but then the manager walked in and demanded that we either take the cold ones or pay for two more. I went down myself to confront them and was met with a mouthful of abuse. They claimed the calzones went cold on the walk home and then started blaming two drunk customers in the shop. This whole experience was an absolute joke and I will never be coming back again."
