"Visits Monday night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great! We drove through Reading and stayed at the hotel (one night), so wanted to eat something on site. We had read a few reviews that say it was something meh, but our experience wasn't that! We had both appetizers that we did not regret later on because of the quality, but because none of us could finish our net, which was absolutely wonderful!!!! The butter Chicken sauce was completely divine! Upstairs when out, the house Pinot was cold and sweet and the Cobra beer was fizzy. Both perfect compliments for our meal. If we go through reading again, we would absolutely not hesitate to eat there. 5 stars of us!"

"We order regularly from this restaurant and never have an issue. This time, however, our food was delivered an hour later than the latest approximated delivery time. We understand that delivery times might be longer on a weekend (which is when we ordered) but then the app should give a better estimation on delivery time! Please can Just Eat organise a refund. By the time we received our order we (and our children) were ready for bed and no longer hungry."

"I was so pleased at how quickly they delivered and the staff taking the order. However, I now know why! They can surely not be doing very much business as the food was swimming in sauce. There was only 7 bits of meat (small as well! In each of the items I ordered (lamb Goan and chicken balti . The sauce was fine, and that's just it! FINE! BUT, the meat on the lamb was covered in salt. I have not tried the chicken yet but I imagine it will be the same. Then there is the rice (pilau . Poor quality is an under statement. Not what I would expect for basmati rice. I know as I lived in Hong Kong for over 25 years and rice is my form of carbs. We had many Indian restaurants out there and as it was back then, part of the british empire. Hence, the not adapted to UK standards. A true Indian (one of my school friends would not consider it good. This meal cost me £16.70! I would have better spent my money on a ding, ding microwave meal on one of Tesco's finest curry meals ,(also, not that great either but value wise would have been a better option . Please do not confuse this place (takeaway to the old Gandhi Restaurant which used to be in Cosham High Street. It was very good when I used to go there but it has since closed. A"

"Saturday evening family takeaway delivered to home was really poor, dish by dish 20% of Prawn Crackers were solid and inedible they were free fortunately Grilled Haloumi was as advertised and tasted ok but I’ve never had a smaller portion it was fair for the money. Japanese curry crispy chicken with udon noodles Gopping at best, the noodles were OK the”Golden crispy chicken” had the texture of spongy rotten fruit and the taste wasn’t much better, at best it tasted of flour and was as close to being crispy as a wet rizzla paper. Pad Thai This dish was barely passable, taste was reasonable, zero effort into looks. Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls OMG they even managed to get this one wrong, the batter was thoroughly uncooked and still soggy. All in All, if you are able to eat with your eyes shut and taste buds turned off then this is the takeaway for you."

"The food was ok (mine had no actual flavour so had to use sauce to help) but not worth the money. Over priced! The waitress asked my brothers if they wanted has browns and cheese on their burgers as they come like this- these were then added as extras on the bill which we weren’t made aware of. We asked for tap water and were told they didn’t serve any! The drink bottles were £2.99 each! All just a money making scheme. It’s a shame! We genuinely won’t be returning or recommending to other people. It was better before, not sure if someone new has taken over but no atmosphere or genuine customer service!"

"make a bit of a new round trip since she moved here for uni after trying the cheap and yet overpriced food along the caffe, they decided that nobody could screw up a burger meal. this place...maybe if they manage to get safely inside, the gauntlet of roadmen outside try to look good and forge both the builders and stands with limited health and safety knowledge and the UberEats/deliveroo drivers waiting outside, they get in, what looks like it might be cool in that it is no longer cool. prepare to repeat their order v-e-r-y slowly, at least three times before they get a knot and ask to share with a considerable sum of cash. I brought it home and slowly talking, had not worked as any piece that was pushed in the bag was wrong. if they thought mcdonald's lack of taste, then they will be disappointed here. not sure if there was a burger or the carton under a microwave castle? vegetarian housewife was given chicken. or soylentgreen. who knows how this place is open, I don't know, but I won't go back. I didn't want to complain personally because the roadman probably wouldn't have appreciated it. prove that they should stick to what they know."

"I must have eaten chicken wings at over 600 locations in 8 countries in my life, for something that has to do so “simple”, I have often wondered how so few have to be close somewhere. to name a restaurant “Just Wings” is a courageous statement, a statement of belief in a quality product and a name that this place has earned and earned full 1000%. the best chicken wings I have tried in Britain so far and the best overall package. the price is dirty, the texture of the coating is dirty, the quality of the hawn is dirty, the aroma of the sauce/coating is dirty, service is point, menu is well explained and is punctured. genuine excellent, not a single thing I could owe."

"Now, back to the cream tea: it comes with two scones—one plain and one fruit—freshly baked on the premises, along with Rodda's cream, a pot of strawberry jam, and a pot of tea. I think they upgraded our tea pot at no extra cost when I mentioned we were sharing the cream tea. It was more than enough for us to enjoy two cups each. The scones were soft, warm, and a generous size. All the staff were incredibly friendly and chatty, which made the experience even better. There are plenty of tables inside, but the spacious outdoor seating area is a real treat. It's enclosed by glass panels, the grounds are well-maintained, and it's delightful to sit in the sun amidst the flowers, with an old railway line nearby. Inside, there are photographs of the railway when it was still in operation. We also tried bacon sandwiches with salad, but the menu has a lot more to offer, including sausage quiche and various snacks. The service was prompt, and the prices were very reasonable—definitely the best on the island!"

"I had an amazing experience at Burger Square! The prices are very affordable, and they offer a fantastic selection of burgers for vegetarians, vegans, and meat lovers alike. I tried the Yenburger with wagyu beef, and it was absolutely delicious. The burger itself was perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty. I paired it with guava juice and some kimchi; the kimchi was decent, but the guava juice was excellent. I also had the matcha yuzu dessert, which was okay but a bit on the dry side. Overall, it’s a fantastic location with a great vibe. I think they should consider making their own sauces in-house to complement their fantastic burgers; that would definitely excite customers. If you love burgers with an Asian twist, this place is a must-visit!"

"Not being funny, gourmet? Really? Yo-yo gourmet burgers is just a glorified kebab shop that charges four times the price. Dry over salted fries, a burger that 's half as well constructed as one from McDonald 's and sides (onion rings) that would taste nicer if they were still frozen. About two hours have passed, I 'm bloated and I feel like I 've swallowed an anvil, I 've probably overdosed on preservatives as well. Honestly, if this food was reasonably priced I would still be dissatisfied, not to mention the images online are extremely misleading, I feel cheated!! Guys and girls, do yourselves a favour, go to the shop buy a rustlers and save twenty quid!!Cake was alright to be fair"

"The food at this restaurant was delicious, the best Chinese food we have ever had. It took about two hours to get here, but it was worth the wait. The dishes came out at the perfect temperature, hot but not too hot to eat, and they were absolutely beautiful. They even gave us a free bottle of Coke! We will definitely order from here again. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, just like the service."

"The chips are incredible—definitely the best I've ever had! They’re beautifully crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. As for the burger, wow!
